    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #32 *Arrest*

I visited the garage and there are two entrances. They walked in the one off Legacy rd., and it is very well lit. It was even harder for me to imagine him intentionally hurting her in that short time frame especially with the possibility of cameras in the garage. I suppose if he was not in his...

I'm confused to where this is coming from. Who confirmed they were ALP's friends?

I can't rule out the idea CM just desperately wanted to see if HF would reply to EA since he wouldn't reply to her. I'm not convinced they planned to actually get drugs.

Yesterday, one of the managers from CM's job in Fort Worth posted a photo on the Findchristinamorris Facebook page. It was taken by all the employees in August. It was a bio photo - a headshot of Christina, and she looked so pretty with freshly highlighted hair, a classy black outfit with a...

I noticed they're "gone,"too. They were on right after the last warrant was released to the public, and other than cookiez, we haven't heard from them. Even the find christina facebook pages have been pretty quiet. It's kind of sad and eerie. I hope there are new developments soon!

Another interesting case can be found on Netflix or even YouTube from the series, Forensic Files. It's called Wheel of Fortune and offers very similar facts to the CM case. A young woman disappears after playing cards at a casino. Everyone including the parents are sure it's the live in...

I hate to keep bringing this up, but doesn't he have to be indicted first? the hearing tomorrow is for a bond reduction. Then, he still needs to be indicted. Am I wrong about this?

With all due respect, there is no evidence that EA was bff with either ALP or HF. Facebook friends does not equate to best friends.

If it was held yesterday, I wonder what was the result?

Thanks for sharing. I've read the same info. Now, a question for you and others on WS... From what I've read on line at various legal sites, in the state of Texas, the next step in EA's legal process would be a hearing or a grand jury. There are pros and cons to each and I believe a grand jury...

I think next week's hearing will focus on bond reduction. I think a grand jury has been secretly meeting and we just don't have the results, yet.

I believe they can try again later, but I'm not in the legal field, so I'm not positive.

Thank you for the clarification. So, the subpoenas not served seem to be for the bond reduction hearing.

In a felony case, the process by which a person is formally charged is more complicated. When the police file a felony case with the District Attorney's Office, the case is sent to its Grand Jury division. The Grand Jury Division has several options at this point. They may present the case as...

    GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #30 *Arrest*

EA was charged with aggravated kidnapping, but he has yet to be indicted. I believe in Texas a choice is made to have a hearing or a grand jury convenes to decide if there is enough evidence to indict. To answer your question, no grand jury has met or if they have, the public is not aware of it...
