JP may have thought that, but NS I think knew about B
s trip to move stuff out of storage. Not sure when she knew it, though. But I think G must have told her that, at some time during her week at the Fairfield. jmo
I guess he COULD have hitchhiked to Colter Bay, but he wouldn't have done that if he had evidence of his crime on him or with him. So, I think he did hike to CB. jmo.........and ditched any evidence, on the way.
At one point JP said he told L's he was going to call the police. If that was on the 10th, maybe the welfare check was the public service call to L's to find out if G was there. (I have thought it was on the 11th that that happened, but logically I guess it would have been the first time...
Remember, North Port wouldn't file a missing report for Gabby because, as the Chief said, she changed her residence from FLA to NY. So, perhaps the van was impounded because the van belonged with the owner, Gabby, who had been declared a missing person out of NY. (could NY have issued the...
The text of the 27th was from Gabby herself, her mom has said. But her mom has NOT divulged the contents of the text of the 27th. The 30th text, mom says is NOT Gabby sending it, but from Gabby's phone JMO
When you say no rental contract of any kind, do you mean for a vehicle or a home or anything? Like, a rental contract for a storage unit or locker? That's why I believe that the storage locker that he was supposedly emptying was not a commercial rental, but was probably the storage locker in...
Everything was even more murky than it is now. Gabby was officially declared missing around 7ish the night of the 11th. SB claims that he was retained around 11:30 pm, the 11th....the fact that the van had been impounded must have been when Laundries knew for sure that Brian was not the owner...
Yes. The vehicle was RECOVERED on the 11th. jmo
It was searched on the 14th, where it was impounded, and a warrant was issued for the hard drive they discovered in it. JMO
Because it was towed around 11pm on the 11th. On the 14th, a search warrant was issued for the hard drive which was in the van, already having been impounded. This is according to what the neighbor K. Graves told WFLA..... That it was late at night on that weekend. The( 11th was Saturday...
And no one is accusing anyone of committing a crime by not responding to calls texts emails etc. So, there is no reason to continue to assume that anyone is. Still it is curious behavior and causes people to speculate as to why they chose not to respond. jmo
As I understand it, the first question NS had was if they had been in communication with the "KIDS", because she had no communication and was concerned about them. What would be a reasonable reason for not responding to that question? It was genuinely about both "kids". NS had no idea at that...
