So you are talking about a sex fetish, which has nothing to do with someone collecting dolls (or anything else) as a hobby and without any sexual connection. I agree that dolls COULD be collected as part of someone's sex fetish, but there's also a lot of people collecting stuff for various reasons.

Why do you think that? Any adult male collecting dolls is dysfunctional? What about female? Then you should contact WS and be approved as a qualified person.

This case (with the dolls and everything) seem to be like something directly from the Criminal Minds show, where there's a lot of creepy unstable perpetrators with deep issues.
