Such a tough case. I am grateful that this woman treated her well and she wasn’t subject to abuse of any kind. And I even understand, as much as I can, how this must feel to Kamiyah. But Gloria took something from the north parents that they can never get back. It’s just heartbreaking.

It appears from the arrest document that most of the donated money actually went into HIS account, not hers.

And if you read the arrest warrant (affidavit?), she continued to ask for the victim relief board, whatever it’s called, to pay her therapy bills through 2021, when she knew in 2020 that the cops knew she wasn’t abducted. AND she successfully convinced a therapist she had PTSD for FOUR YEARS!!

Not really, ime. They usually come in small bits like pieces of a puzzle and you don’t know it’s a memory until you have more pieces. I guess it could have been a trauma trigger but that’s not my understanding or experience of how that works either.
