LOL, I know, confusing. And honestly I'm not 100% sure how they mix and match the names (especially the women). I just know they don't normally use middle names like we do. They have 2 last names. So, for the Dad, the Alvarez and Moreno would be his last names. 1 from his Mom. 1 from his Dad...
In a appeals I found for the Dad, it listed several alias names.
Hispanics have 2 last names instead of a middle name. One from their Mom and one from Dad. When a woman gets married, she keeps her Dad's last name, and accepts her new Husbands last name as well.
When illegals want to legally...
There is not a whole lot they can do about their living situation.
Legal way to get him back - immigration lawyer, time, and $$.
Illegal way (not as easy as it always seems) $$ and a coyote.
Wow! 2 Brothers? Really? And they are not answering phones? I thought when it was 1 ex-roomie, they spoke to him. After initially not answering calls, they got in touch, and he said he was in Orlando and didn't have Diana. What happened to that story?:gaah:
EDITED to add - I forgot to reply to...
So, another day, not much of anything.
I feel that LE is hindering the public's interest in this case. They are not doing NC's. Why not?
The locals are left hearing family stories, from step-parents, about who they think did it. They are arguing in front of cameras. They are Hispanic and...
I think there is a divide. They may feel that LE is treating them differently. I don't think they even realize how many resources are being used. To them it's not enough. No Amber Alert was issued because it doesn't meet the criteria. I doubt they understand that tho.
You couldn't sneak past my Doberman. My Yorkie, well, she needs her beauty sleep. And doesn't have time for anybody coming in to her house, lol.
In the Jessica Lunsford case, the dog slept right though it all. IIRC, it was burrowed under the covers in the grandparents room. Wasn't there a dog...
Okeechobee County Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty to Illegal Possession of Firearm"An Okeechobee County man pled guilty today before U.S. Magistrate Court Judge Frank J. Lynch, Jr. to illegal possession of a firearm."
Martin Alvarez-Moreno, 34, of Fort Pierce, Florida, pled guilty to an indictment...
If investigators traveled to Okeechobee to interview the step-mom, then they've also traveled to Orlando to speak with the room-mate if they know where he is. Which, according to the family, they tried reaching out to him, he didn't answer the phone at first, but they did get in touch with him...
That doesn't make sense if the sister was indeed the last to see her.
Because when Mom seen her at 2 a.m. her bedroom door was open. And Mom closed it. Her Sister couldn't have seen her sleeping in her bed after that. Unless, now, we have an intruder who started to take Diana, got spooked by...
"Her daughter's room was open. Hernandez said she may have been cold because they have central air conditioning, and she might have opened the door.
"I switched on the light, covered her, and closed the door," she said.
So she covered her with a green blanket and closed her door again.
At 6:55...
 Comments are interesting!
I know that the worst thing to do is read internet comments. But I think if it was my family in the news, I couldn't resist either.
This could explain why the are naming people they think did it.
But I hope LE tells them that dogs don't always bark when strangers come into the house.
I think someone needs to tell the step-dad to stop blabbing so much to the cameras.
And Mom needs to get on camera more often and ask for help.
