If he is trying to say his color blindness stopped him from seeing that there was an open window, which is BS in my opinion, how many doors has he walked into during his 51 years?
My grandfather was color blind and couldn't distinguish the difference between certain colors like green and red...
I have a question about JRR's sentence, hopefully an attorney or someone with knowledge can answer.
JRR was given life but the death penalty was also on the table. If he gets a retrial would that put the death penalty back on the table as an option or would life be the most he could get since...
I'm hoping for LWOP. It's the least he should get especially after his smart *advertiser censored** comment that 20 years is nothing. Idiot - JMO of course.
I'm patiently (ok, not really) waiting for JRR's turn at penalty phase tomorrow morning. I was Judge Kyle, he's SO cute, to give him life without parole.

I completely agree with you - I worked for the cable company 20 years ago and it's true of the technicians going into the houses and knowing the layouts and listening to everyone in the house and some of the things they heard and saw OMG!!! I recall spending many days out of each year...
I didn't see anyone who was there for Mark on his side yesterday, did anyone else? I know the gray haired lady was there but I'm not too sure who she is, I thought Bonnie's friend. I definitely didn't see his trust lawyer there for support.
I completely agree that I'd prefer he gets LWOP only to avoid Teresa's family having to deal with numerous appeals and putting the girls through anymore anguish than they've already had to deal with.
It still brings me to tears (the real ones) just recalling the 1st degree murder guilty verdict.
He gave misinformation there - Mark isn't the owner of the IRA, he is the beneficiary, that $ is immediately paid out upon presentation of a death certificate. No tax penalties apply.
The least he could have done was give correct information.
