Presumably it's evidence that points towards AB but I don't see how it would then be able to be used against him in court - wouldn't his lawyers argue that it was tainted or manufactured evidence because it came from EB and her attorneys and get it excluded?

LE wants BOTH of them is my take and they want BOTH of them beyond a reasonable doubt. They can afford to leave AB spinning in the wind as long as EB keeps talking, sooner or later there'll be something they can use to get him too.

I totally agree that there are plenty of others who have nothing to congratulate themselves for in doing so little to help Zahra and if there were any justice they would have to answer in a court of law too, but bottom line they didn't live with Zahra and EB, her father did.

A person only becomes eligible to apply for citizenship 3 years AFTER receiving a Green Card if it's based on marriage, it isn't automatic. Many permanent residents never apply for citizenship. Also we have no confirmation that AB ever received a Green Card even though he's been here 2 years...

Yes, that's me out of here for the weekend too. Going to clean up my house then spend the rest of the day in my recently very neglected yard (it's been raining a lot here lately, my excuse and I'm stick to it) getting it prepped for the winter awaiting a renewal of growth and life in the Spring.
