I can't remember what usually happens with hung juries. Do they usually talk? If any do there would have to be some mention of the split? Are they prohibited from giving the split? I thought once dismissed they can say whatever they want.

CW WAS ready to go with the statement....they knew since the first note where this was going. Bearing in mind they know the split by now my guess is not just one or two. Based on the split they will try again.

can you imagine for those that are feeling the CW did not prove this base beyond a reasonable doubt how they are feeling as they leave today having spent the last 2 months ++ on the case and no verdict...and possibly the trial might be repeated.

I remember comments indicating that the jury got along very well during the trial...ie seemed from observations from those in court lots of chatter and happy vibe. Bet it is very different now.

A win of sorts but not the same as hearing NOT GUILTY and being vindicated by a jury of her peers. And for the O'Keefe family back to square one...no one being held accountable for his death.

any polls on any forum etc. all have some voting guilty...I think the jury is representative of the population at large in divided opinion.
