People ask if we know what the split is for deadlocked jurors in the Karen Read trial.

No one knows. But, I can’t imagine it’s 10-2 or 11-1 in either direction.

The jury is not acting like there’s just 1 or 2 votes holding things up.

We’ll find out in post-trial interviews.

if it is more than one or two then clearly some saw the evidence and witnesses in a very different light than many of us. Of course all along they did not know what the others were thinking...I bet some got blindsided thinking this would be easy.....stress must have built up each day.
