Timeline of events as we think we know them:
2007 - Allison purchased a condo at 8500 Indian School for $240K (approx)
Dec 31st, 2013 - Allison posted photo of herself and unidentified man celebrating New Year's on FB and
commented it was a "guy I've been dating"...
Excellent. We need to consider every possible theory and motive! Especially those with motives. Strong motives that indicate taking a risk of being caught is worth doing the deed.
It really is a poser why the boyfriend hasn't been cleared if they can indeed prove who the killer is or is not with the physical evidence they have.
I wonder if the fact that his DNA is all over the place, even though it doesn't match the 'other DNA' they think is the killer's, they just...
Thank you for providing us with these links. It does appear for sure to be Allison's condo. Apparently some of the court recorded info is incorrect as Kymmas3434 checked these out and it was recorded that the auction was on unit 233 and not 240, which is Allison's. But this does reflect it was...

It took several years for LE to arrest Arias. I...
This is interesting. I was looking at that Trulia link you provided last night and it stated the estimated opening bid would be around $231K. Did you see that? Sounds strange considering the other info you provided the other day in the post above regarding comps in the area. I am still highly...
I needed that news tonight. I've been getting really cranky with each passing day we don't hear anything new and they still haven't apprehended her killer.
It isn't much. We assumed the physical evidence was DNA. But at least now it has been confirmed.
