Cher, Those things are horrible! I used to get them during the summer, too. I grew up in Kentucky, which is pretty close to Arkansas. However, unless they were hiking in the real woods (as opposed to sticking to trails) they might not have encountered them or, since the murders took place in...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

BBM I believe that TM was cleared pretty quickly by his trucker logs, but I sure wish I could see them! As to TH not being interviewed, even GG said in his Pasdar deposition that family members should be the first suspects. Again, finding out why TH was "protected" is, IMO, the key to the case.

Swimming might have occurred, but the retention pond was for waste from the BB. I'm not sure that would have been a good place to swim, either. At least two of the boys had pools at home. If they wanted to swim, why not swim there?

Right! Sorry. Sometimes while I'm typing another post is made, which can lead to confusion! I guess I should be clearer.

Nor can I. I'm just a bit obsessed w/this case. I wasn't accusing you of "spinning" or "cherry picking" but the maker of the video, unless you made it! However, I will admit that JCB's sister did say that in her affidavit. I just don't see it as a reason to doubt the sighting, as I've...

Userid, That post was not directed to you. Sorry for the confusion.

As I've said before, if AH wasn't in the driveway, IMO, it doesn't negate the sighting of the victims and TH interacting. Period. BTW, that "spin" in the youtube video is so typical of those who don't want to see the truth! If you looked up "cherry picking" in the dictionary, you could...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

Yes, it is. His Pasdar deposition is even more revealing because he was asked the hard questions! If you haven't perused that one, do so! I'll only address two other things: the Moores and the idea of conspiracy. First, wrt TM and DM, I was called to task on a different board for...

However, one of the male figures from whom blood was not taken was one who was living with and actively involved with the child on a daily basis. Additionally, they took blood from several other male figures. I can't remember all of them offhand, but included were SM (whose blood was found on...

I believe the JCB sighting to be useful. Period. We will simply have to agree to disagree on this one. I have stated my reasons ad nauseum. Yes, I try to explain possibilities in differing ways, but the "story" isn't "morphing." JCB saw the boys with or near TH very close to 6:30 pm on May...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

I just recently completed an exhaustive study of all of the evidence testing. I will attempt to be brief, but here is a summary of what I found wrt any testing and/or results of any evidence collected from the parents (natural, adoptive or step) and other family members: On May 24, 1993...

I think it may go higher than the wmpd! Thanks for the Times link! Wikileaks said 1994, too, but I don't believe everything I read on a wiki page! I think Mara was wrong on one count. SJ (JD's partner w/juvenile) found the shoe first and called MA of the wmpd. Then, BR got into the water...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

Here is an excerpt from PH's second declaration: "When my family arrived, there was a fight between Terry and my brother, Jackie Hicks, Jr. As they were fighting, Terry pulled out a gun and shot Jackie in the abdomen. He was moving to again shoot Jackie and my father started walking toward...

It was received by the wmpd and listed on an evidence submission form, so I don't think it was buried w/SB. As to TH's habits, I just don't see why he would leave AH w/DJ after the guitar session. Had TH and AH eaten dinner? There seems to be confusion on this, too. However, as I said...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

Cher, Those questions have been pondered for years! Q1: IMO, the wmpd only interviewed TH to cover their a$$es! By the time this interview was conducted (and, unlike the interrogation of JMB, this interview was a very "softball" interview), the mtDNA revelations had been made. Maybe the...

I will agree that it is possible that AH never left DJ's house until TH left to get Pam, but why I doubt that is that I see no reason for TH to leave AH at DJ's when he was apparently returning home. Why would he leave AH at DJ's? As I've stated before, I believe that TH was trying to confuse...

    Evidence

Let me make my position clearer. TH and AH left DJ's house, according to DJ, sometime in the 6:15 pm to 6:30 pm time frame. They go home. AH immediately gets on her tricycle and begins to ride around in the driveway. TH goes inside, finds SB (maybe all three) and tells him to stay put. At...

GK's convoluted theory... what's yours? Please share!

Yep. The wmpd duplicated numbers so often. The Arkansas State Crime Lab tried to "clean it up" but sometimes simply compounded the confusion!

Cher, I have my moments! Sometimes I think this case will eventually drive me totally insane!
