    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

I want to "double-like" this post. Never a truer word spoken.. Thank you. Some marriages are doomed, some partners behave awfully.. But I cannot forgive a third party that gets themselves involved in this misery, and lets not forget the facts. Not only did TM know GBC was married... This all...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 7th July - Trial Day 15

I guess I am fairly tall with a long stride.. My family and friends always complain I walk too quickly! But I completely agree, she wouldn't have been focused on a weight loss power walk for 3 hours prior to a conference that required that she leave the house by 7am. And if she was suicidal...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 7th July - Trial Day 15

Totally agree and no I wouldn't walk 14km in one hit. An hour or 6-7km is usually enough for me. And I do it in suburbs that have good footpaths and definitely in the daylight. As I said previously, after visiting Kholo Ck yesterday, I don't think Mt Crosby Rd lends itself for walking. And if...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 7th July - Trial Day 15

I am an average walker and my pedometer says I do between 6-6.5 km/hr. Bit faster or slower going up or down hills but that's my average. I am the same age as Allison and not particularly athletic not very fit.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 7th July - Trial Day 15

Now I get why she was being escorted by the police. It was to stop her launching herself at GBC, scratching his face and screaming "I am NOT wallpaper!"

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #4

That makes more sense if the track was less steep before the grading of the memorial area. I'll have to search back and find the photos from back then. Do you think its still something only one person by themselves could have done? Assuming Allison weighed roughly 70kg, and in the pitch dark...

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #4

I have just made my first visit to Kholo Creek to pay my respects. A few things struck me as it gives so many more perspectives to actually see the bridge. That track down is STEEP. Even my photo doesnt do it justice. It looks slippery as well, so trekking up and down it in the dark...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

If he is not there, is that a legal descion? Alioop would you have any insight as to why? I hope he has a completely miserable week scrubbing toilets or similar locked up in Arthur Gorrie! Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

Did she threaten to go to Toni's house to have it out with her? Maybe to the BCs to cause a scene? He might have been desperate to stop her doing or seeing someone or someones. He seemed to think none knew about his not so very secret affair.. Totally dumb. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

Yes I know.. I can't explain why she headed to the Kholo bridge. But if you are being abused and threatened by someone I guess you just tear off into the night. Not exactly preplanning the journey, the emotion and adrenalin are surging. You just have to get away. Avoiding things that will show...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

Those marks on his chest look like grazes to me. Not rub or scratches. Has he slipped while scrambling up the creek bank after disposing of the body and grazed his chest on a rock or gravel? They look similar to that type of injury. Just my thoughts. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

If he was in their ensuite, then they were probably flushed IMO. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

I am looking forward to the roundabout too! Weren't the police timing vehicle driving times, closing the round about at night and seeking witnesses of vehicles? Is it a possible scenario that A & G have argued outside, struggled (maybe fallen hence the plant matter) and she has made a dash for...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #46

I agree with you! and as I said, I am not for one moment casting any type of judgement on her housekeeping skills. I can well imagine Allison would have been both depressed and desolate in her marriage, and certainly would not have has the emotional motivation nor financial resources to play...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #46

Hi Possum - havent been on here for a long time, but felt the need to read and catch up. I agree with you, and even though I had seen them before...the photos of the rental Brookfield house seem so very incongruous with the Allison we want to know. It looks almost derelict and full of junk at...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #45

Thats overly nice of you, but I am pretty sure I don't add that much more power to the good Docs experience and knowledge. And he does actually save lives...we just put broken bits of you back together. Hopefully around the right way most of the time. Yes the type of glove he is describing is...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #45

Oh ok - yes I can imagine ABC grabbing at gloved hand that has one of those thin white disposable gloves and pulling off a fingertip of the glove. Did she hold on to it (not necessarily intentionally, just was in her grip) and then as her jumper was forced up, thats where it stayed? Inside the...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #45

Ah yes sorry - your skills are not just "plumbing", but a bit of chopping out lung tree roots as well:) Yes an awfulpod as you suspected - I know of those thin brown gloves and the equally woeful nitrile, but I use the dark brown ortho-resistant Encore gloves. As some would say (usually the...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #45

Yes there are kitchen & gardening gloves (heavy duty with no tactile sensation) and latex/non-latex surgical gloves. Yes you can buy latex disposable gloves in supermarkets, and they are not dissimilar to the gloves used in hospitals/GP practices and the like used for non-sterile procedures. So...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #45

Good thinking! Ive always wondered whether neighbours noticed cars coming or going after midnight? Which they dont seem to have. So maybe the centre of activity was the RE office? Yet we know GBC phone was placed on a charger at around 2am? Doesnt mean it had to have happened at the Brookfield...
