High Sherbert,
It took me a while to read and re-read this document. The writer didn't use spell check at all  - many many typos!
This is not the actual Seekoei Appeal judgement, but this document deals with the Appeal to question the description of robbery as "Robbery consists in...
Hi Allan,
I guess it is a South African saying meaning doing something for fun or amusement. Here is another example:
"Let's go put a flaming bag of poo on Mr.Henderson's doorstep, ya know, just for *advertiser censored* and giggles!"
Hi Allan!
Not kidding!! People don't believe me when I tell them about her ridiculous and bizarre reasoning in her judgement. So I'll read some of the excerpts and riveting conversations and/or hilarity may ensue. Especially that she simply dismissed all of the ear witnesses, and, more...

Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much in advance!
Hi Zwiebel,
I am Afrikaans and the term you asked about is Laat Lammetjie. It is a term used for a child born many years after its siblings. It literally translates to "late lamb".
Hope this helps!
Thank you so much! I mistakenly thought that the contents got duplicated after seeing the signatures on page 9. Just catching up here!
Phew, what a relief that they are going to appeal that charge as well!
