RZ did not seem at all credible on the stand...think of someone running past you...RZ would have seen her face (likely the side of it) just for an instant and then she would have seen the back of her head. Nancy wasn't walking she was running.

Question...do all the lawyers and the judge just sit in court the whole time waiting for the verdict?? Seems to be a bit of a waste of time.

I agree...one of things that makes me dislike how the judicial process works. Some of this stuff should be outa bounds and left alone.

This is what the defense introduced the exhibit for but we really have no idea what the jury might use it for as it contains much more information than just Tide and All. It also contains dates and times (habits) of shopping excursions.

I looked at it the other night and they were destroying DD. I am sure everyone of Nancy's friends are hoping that he he found guilty!!

I got the feeling that it wasn't just "specific" purchases but rather "all" purchases as JA had to highlight the tide purchases from quite a few pages of information. I imagine they can see other things that were purchased as well.

I think that things were beginning to escalate that week and that they had lots of angry exchanges that noone was privy too. I know that divorce brings out the worst in lots of us...it sure did in Brad!!

No..it was a bit confusing though. They asked for the Aug. 8 copy of Brads July cell phone records. Originally everyone thought they wanted the outgoing calls from Aug. 8 from Brad's cell

We don't really know why they asked for them...it is merely speculation on my part...and of course on yours!!

The HT records were requested!! There is speculation...and it was mentioned in closing that only Brad drank the stuff (Green juice). Bella would drink it if it was around but would never ask for it. If this is the case it might not be on the receipts proving that Brad lied. This would screw up...

I only know about his trips to HT after 6:00 am...first time he bought milk and the next time he bought tide and green juice. Never heard of the 2 am trip...anyone else??
