I agree the APHA and ISR is the organizations you listed here and are probably "work" related.
To answer Cubby's question, yes, I believe these organizations have been around a long time before 1973.
Wow, this is a difficult question to answer. I'm hoping that Annasmom is passing this on to us because she may be busy with many media calls. Pink Panther, your guess is as good as ours. Your 4th scenerio about such an accident is possible, however no one has seen her since.
I don't have the death record before me at this time, but if I remember, Margaret was born in the Spring of 1917, not on Aug. 3. I believe a mistake was made when filling out the death record and the date of death was accidently placed in the date of birth box. Ok, I found it and attached a...
Dr. Doogie called me after the hearing for the Garrido's took place. He was interviewed on camera by a local newstation when he was able to bring up Anna's case. :woohoo: If I find a link to the interview, I will post it on this thread.
As soon as I saw you on the video, I grabbed my sunglasses!
As far as Garrido, looks like his first offense was in 1976. Can anyone find a photo or mugshot of him back then?
This is great news for the Dugard family. Makes you want to pull up google earth and search for other places with...
Welcome to Anna's forum, Mr. TT. You asked if there is a photo showing the area from that day. I'm not sure we will ever find an aerial photo from 1973, but this link shows what the farm looks like today...
Telephone and email contact has been made with the son of GWB and has been confirmed that GWB is not our GB. The son was very helpful in our search of who GB really is. He has supplied a copy of his fathers death certificate from 1958 plus several photos of his father at different ages. The son...
This morning I found a 1942 divorce record for GWB in Sacramento and called Dr. Doogie. (actually woke him up, thanks for the time zones!) Begged and pleaded with Doogie to take a trip to Sacramento and look up the case. As it turns out he was headed to Sacramento anyway, and found the cases...
I think Raf might be heading in the right direction. Quoting back at Squibb 18-19...
"June 15, 1970. Call Miss H. 3-4 days after she is in receipt of the money order and to ask the following ques. In view of the fact that I have given you the name my birth certificate reads ___ ____ ____...
Can someone backtrace these Brodie's from 1930 and earlier census?
There is a letter that has not been discussed on this forum. In early 1969, GW drafted a letter and signed Annasmom's name on this letter. GW hand wrote this letter and addressed it to "Mr. Brodie"
Not a bad idea, but I do want to mention that I have received several tips by e-mail from people who contacted us from searchingforanna website. My guess is that these folks are not members of Websleuths, but probably follow the case from this forum.
