I’m hoping the note means that a majority thought murder but there was one that thought it could have been a mistake, so they are trying to get that one person to atleast go with manslaughter.. positive thinking atleast.
I guess I would be the one that would throw it into a mistrial bc you couldn’t get me to change my mind to self defense at all. I’m riding out to the end.
Makes me sick on my stomach. I can’t see all of them agreeing to that.
Remember only one can hold out for a mistrial so I’m hoping for atleast Manslaughter
Got it. And I like your thought about that being done for the night, I totally could see that happening, If there was a note and it happening right after.
I was a little confused by this as well. Are you referring to the judge allowed it in during the jury discussions that the lawyers wanted or did the jury ask specifically about that, because that is huge.
I’m thinking you just meant the lawyers wanting it and she allowing it correct?
I’m not trying to be rude, but I’m not sure if you know how much this verdict means to some of us. Some of us live in Texas, Some of us have sons, Some of us have family that are of a different ethnicity. As much as we want to scream that this case has nothing to do with race, it does. Maybe not...
If I’m on the jury after hearing all of the testimony, there is absolutely no way she’s getting off 100% acquitted. Manslaughter is the lowest I would go. Even if all of the mistake of fact played out and I believed all of that bull crap, it comes down to she knew maintenance was coming...
As someone with a condo, this hit me very hard. She also acknowledged she knew that they were coming as well. I could see how she may assume that only 8 to 4, but even a logical person would still be like “well maybe they are here late for some reason.” If there was ever a part where I believed...
That the email about maintenance coming did not have the 8 to 5 time on that email like she said it did *he brought that out during her questioning* ... and although she may assume that because it’s night time, how was she sure that it couldn’t have been someone from maintenance in *her*...
I seen someone say the other day that as long as Jason Hermus was the assistant DA, they vow to never commit any crime in Dallas that he could be the prosecutor of ... lol “oh,Twitter.”
