Noone is perfect and it is ultimately AL's fault. I just wish this disaster had been averted.
Two things are bothering me:
Why was he found with his brother's ID? And why? I can't find the link
I dont know a lot about guns but was he trained to handle them? I remember reading somewhere...
Do you think Cindy felt partially responsible in a weird guilty way for standing her ground and refusing to watch Caylee that night? Is that why she started backpedaling and covering for Casey once she put the pieces together? For those 31 days, she was definitely angry and standing her...
Here's a side view of the trailer. GA disappeared and closed his garage door as soon as he saw me slow down. These pics were taken Jan 29th. A friend's dad passed away and the memorial service was nearby. I took the opportunity to go to the site. I also was convinced I saw CA in the woods...
I saw George when I went to the site back in January. I have pictures. There was a temporary moving portable in the front yard, and the garage door was open. I saw many women's shirts hanging on a line, and boxes. Were they sending stuff to Casey? Or was Cindy moving out? Very strange.

Does anyone recall that they covered JH's face with a RED cloth when he was led to the police car? thus leading to speculation that he had slashed his mouth? Why the secrecy? I will keep looking for that link
Do you think it's a possibility that he may have tipped off officers to get a kick out of hearing about them dismantling his apartment? Just thinking he was smarter than the FBI etc. Just one other possibility
It's pretty clear he had been planning the attack way before he actually dropped out of the university (the gun and ammunition stockpiling). This was not planned in a month IMO
I'm pretty sure that they must report threats that would harm others or themselves (Baker Act for suicidal patients.) I'm sure professional judgement is used- just like teachers are trained to spot and report abuse, etc.
I meant more like, he had dropped out over a month earlier. Obviously had ANYONE received that notebook (and opened it) and did not report it to police, they would be liable. However, I am just imagining that he stopped seeing her in May, which was like 2 months ago. Maybe she did refer him...
