I hope the underlying reason for her lying in regards to her daughter being missing is to protect Caylee and not her own self.

They have for the most part shut up. But mountains are made out of mole hills....all of which have nothing to do with Caylee still being missing. So much frustration is spent in directions that are not helping.

I think this AND the longer the Anthonys are distracted by this nonsense the longer it will take them to focus their frustrations in other directions. LEAVE THEM ALONE and let them focus on who last saw Caylee.

I am personally glad they are protected. I think Caylee needs a guardian ad litem now. Wonder how that works in her state.

I am skeptical of law enforcement. Something doesn't sit right IMO. I hope they did show diligence in following up on all leads.

The followed it up by asking for video... they state they no longer have video that far back and they drop it. How about interviewing people on the manifest?

I dont agree there. They are so eager to report "first" they have misreported things repeatedly. They ambush the family. They have a camera on their home 24/7 (do they still do this?) This has caused an uproar. Now families are going pounding on their door? Protesting victims...

As much as I have compassion for Cindy and George. This girl has none from me. Even if (best case scenarios) she turns up "misplaced" or with someone she purposely is hiding her with. This girl is a peice of work.

She wants her tips followed up on. It is kind of odd how they never did follow up on the tips. "oh no video from the plane" scratch head....okay guess it was a false lead.
