The block is very dark at night, end to end. In front of NAPA and on the south corner of the alley & Windsor (across from the dumpster) there are street lights. The alley side of the block is extremely dark.

Palmyra is not a a high crime area. After looking at the pics, I think it's a good bet that any cameras NAPA has are interior, probably looking at the entrance. If so, catching the opposite side of Main Street (traveling west) would be tough. If a car left Kortne's parking area, turned right...

I can't imagine the scope of their cameras include much of the street. Parking lot & entrances would be my guess. It's not a tall building so if they are watching parking lots and entrances, the camera(s) wouldn't be high enough to catch much of the street, IMO. I'm assuming their interest is...
