The PT needs to hammer home to the jury just how rare those shoes were, and reiterate that Jason OWNED a pair. No disputing the fact that he purchased them, as we have seen the records of that. All we have are his flimsy excuses about the shoes being donated.

This is on the News & Observer website. In the same article they state CY "has been on the prosecution's potential list for both trials. She was not called as a witness during the first trial." (bold by me) Guess that clears up the debate as to which side could call her as a witness...

I found the whole reenactment so disturbing to watch. Poor CY who had to see this happen, and that poor teacher who's been holding this in for 5 years. I also found it very eerie when she left the "mommy doll" face down on the bed and left the tall blonde doll standing there.
