My understanding is that it could, but the report doesn't include actual level so I don't think there is any way to determine if that's the case. I'm pretty sure that there is a threshold at which it becomes clear that someone is an active smoker. (I'm in HR, so I'm familiar with the test, but...
I see your point; however:
1) If mom was aware of tobacco use, yet takes a strong stance about there being NO WAY M ingested medications and her clean lifestyle, this would be a bit of a contradiction.
2) If mom was NOT aware of the tobacco use, this begs the question "what else was she...
I apologize if this has been discussed before. I just looked at the toxicology information posted as a sticky here on WS and noticed that she tested positive for Cotinine, which would indicate tobacco use. This seems somewhat contradictory to the picture of clean living Morgan that her mom has...
It could be relevant if she was pulled out of public school because of issues with other kids. I have a couple of theories, but posting my thoughts would likely be a violation of WS rules, so I'm keeping them to myself.
With all due respect, I believe you may be misinterpreting the article. Please see post #802 if you haven't already. I don't mean to belabor it, because I'm not even sure if it's relevant, but I'm fairly certain that she graduated from Aspen High School.
ITA. I think some may be misinterpreting the information on the CMC website. It doesn't ever state that Morgan was one of the GED graduates; it states that she was a speaker at the event. Based on her age and the information provided on her website, I suspect she graduated (from Aspen High...
Can someone please point me to any evidence that Morgan was home schooled? Her website indicates that she attended Aspen Community School and Aspen High School, but I can't find anything about home schooling. TIA!
With all due respect, I think you may be jumping to conclusions about the GED, as the quote above clearly states '...and high school diploma student' [sic]. The Aspen Times mentions twice (once in the byline) that she is an Aspen High graduate in the following article...
You can comment, but it's moderated. I'm wondering if they will actually publish the comment I submitted because I basically called out the blogger for being disrespectful and not having his facts right. We shall see....
BTW, I thought the "happily married"' comment was off, too.
ETA: Now...
MamaRoux, I'm with ya. I hope to God that he DOES feel remorse, because it will mean that he has to live with the pain of what he's done for the rest of his life!
Based on comments he has made on TD, it's pretty apparent that Adam is not a fan of WS. I don't think he'll be back on here again, so your best bet is to visit the other site and read his postings there.
I agree completely. They don't have to include every single detail to illustrate what happened. After all, they do need to leave something for the book!
I think (and maybe I choose to think) that maybe she already knew the extent of her injuries and her final attack against him was more along the lines of "if I'm going down, you're going to go right along with me". I'd like to believe she was that fierce.
Come on, y'all - let's quit with the unnecessary needling. It's neither appropriate nor welcome. If you need to assert your superiority, there are plenty of other forums where you can do that to your heart's content.
