I still think she went somewhere - like back to her car.
However, when I lived alone I would never have a cab pick me up at my house or drop me off at my house. I often had them take me to a neighbors and then hid in the bushes until they left. HAHAHA - My poor neighbors.
Does she sing? Maybe she followed a dream and went to Nashville? This is a popular travel destination - my husband's favorite and he travels the globe for work.
Nothing to lose, following a dream, could have hopped in a car with anyone.
