    TH and potential evidence

Those are some weird items to have in a treasure box. I wonder why he keeps them, and why he considers them "treasures." Also, why would he have his own partial denture in his treasure box? That's just strange. I don't think that the police have ever gotten access to his dental records...

    TH and potential evidence

Actually Terry Hobbs is a lot more than just an 'innocent bystander' if you've seen his criminal record.

    TH and potential evidence

A domestic dispute with a gun? Terry Hobbs shot his brother-in-law...I don't think that's just a "domestic dispute" and you are free to debate me on that...and Damien's acts have not been brushed away as teenage angst. They still remain if you want to highlight them as much as you want, but...

    GA - Tara Grinstead, 29, Ocilla, 22 Oct 2005 #1 *Arrests*

Actually I don't think anyone knows what happened with the tape. I guess police didn't think it was relevant to the case. I personally thought that Tara came home, changed clothes, put the pageant video into the VCR, and went to bed. But that's just my opinion.

Thanks for correcting me. And you're right. They all did want to be free. That is important.

    TH and potential evidence

reedus23, I completely agree. I think if somebody were to ask him questions that he likes (ones that don't directly accuse him but imply that he was involved), he would answer them. It's disturbing to me as well because it's almost like he purposely tries to disassociate himself from this crime...

CT - Michael Skakel & the murder of Martha Moxley, Greenwich, 1975 *Not Guilty*

I apologize. I don't know why I've been saying Kennedys.

CT - Michael Skakel & the murder of Martha Moxley, Greenwich, 1975 *Not Guilty*

Exactly my theory. The golf club, IMO, is the biggest clue here. Sure, tutors and others who lived around the property would have access, but I believe the most likely possibility is that one of the Skakels did it. But I have to say...I would be absolutely irate if Michael was released only to...

    The Hobbs Family Secret

It's not surprising considering how much police corruption and railroading went into convicting the WM3 in the first place. I don't know if we will get an honest answer. I would personally love it if a new task force with fresh minds would look at the evidence and try to solve this case the...

    TH and potential evidence

Yes, three people were found guilty...convicted only on supposed circumstantial evidence. If you could even call it "evidence." And the case won't be closed until the real perpetrator(s) are proved guilty by DNA. You can say they were guilty all you want but DNA doesn't lie and the DNA did not...

Actually I heard that all three had a difficult time adjusting to prison life but it was Damien who took it the hardest. I think that the speculation that Jason liked prison is ridiculous. I think the only reason that there was a rift between them was because Jason initially did not want to take...

    David Jacoby

I feel like he thinks that every single question is intended harmfully. I don't think he's ever been completely truthful in his interviews either. It's upsetting because I'd like to be able to trust him but he makes it almost impossible. Thanks to all of those who gave examples of his evasiveness.

CT - Michael Skakel & the murder of Martha Moxley, Greenwich, 1975 *Not Guilty*

I agree with everything you all have said. There's still doubt there. I'm still wondering about the time frame. Most people said that they last saw Tommy and Martha around 9:30 and Martha was killed around 10:00 that night. What happened in that time frame?! To me the position of Martha's body...

    MI MI - Jessica Heeringa, 25, Norton Shores, 26 April 2013 #8

I agree cebee. I think a search still should have been done despite the suspicion that she was taken away in a vehicle. Police keep saying that they hold out the hope that she is alive which I feel is good but for some reason I do believe that she is deceased as well. Also a strange thing is...

CT - Michael Skakel & the murder of Martha Moxley, Greenwich, 1975 *Not Guilty*

After the murder I think that the police were right in cornering both Tommy and Michael as the main suspects but I don't think they did a good enough job in finding out just what brother had more of a motive for this crime. I agree that either one of the brothers could have killed her as they...

CT - Michael Skakel & the murder of Martha Moxley, Greenwich, 1975 *Not Guilty*

There are all of these "ifs" in this case, but nothing to confirm that Michael was the actual perpetrator of this crime. Circumstantial evidence isn't enough in my opinion. Forensic evidence doesn't lie, DNA doesn't lie. My point is that if the DNA does not exclusively confirm that Michael...

    David Jacoby

kyleb, I hope you're being sarcastic. Everyone knows what "above the law" means. And reedus23, I agree. In my opinion he's been very defensive and always seems like he's hiding something in his interviews. I don't like how he evades questions instead of answering them directly.

    TH and potential evidence

kyleb, I think it's pretty clear that whatever points are made you will try to contradict them. I think mostly everyone here is being unbiased and for some reason I always feel that you are ready to go on the defense. And these "vague assertions" are all one has to go on in this case, or else we...

CT - Michael Skakel & the murder of Martha Moxley, Greenwich, 1975 *Not Guilty*

If there's reasonable doubt, I think it's only logical for Michael Skakel to be granted a new trial.

    The Most Logical Suspect

As others have mentioned above, the most logical suspect is either somebody that the boys knew and trusted or somebody who was familiar with the area. I think Terry Hobbs had the strongest means and opportunity. I say this because he has a history of violence. According to Pam Hobbs he...
