Death of Randolph County baby ruled a homicide
KRCG - Mark Slavit - ‎Jun 8, 2011‎
Authorities believe Cassidy King, 25, is responsible for the death of her newborn baby boy. Randolph County Coroner Gerald Luntsford told KRCG that he ruled the infant's death as a homicide after...
Not sure yet if this was answered for you, but here is JWG's answer to the Chris visit on the 17th, 18th, or 19th:

I will answer this too, since I also believe Casey was probably abused. I started reading the discovery on this case as soon it was posted on foxnews.com way, way back in 2008. As soon as I read that she mentioned it to others I believed her. My abusers friends and family would never in a...
I am also of the belief that Casey probably was abused by George. I don't think it was as explicit as Mr Baez stated in his opening statement, but I feel that Casey shows signs of child sexual abuse. I can identify with many of her traits. My lies did not create an entire fantasy world, but I...
I think the denied visit and MIA at jury selection is part of the defense team set up to show that Cindy is the control/punish parent they're going to portray to help save her life.

MOO :twocents:
Fabulous show, Tricia! Thanks to AZLawyer and Kimster as well...
If you're taking suggestions, I'd love to hear you have Richard Hornsby as a guest. A prosecuting attorney would be cool as well!
Congrats on a successful first show!

I think it was a "personal" matter as in case specific. My first choice would be to appeal the jury process (but was not an option... well, maybe the stall tactic included file an appeal???). My second choice is a "personal" issue with Mr. Baez; either his family or himself. I don't believe...
Respectfully snipped and bolded by me :truce:

I wonder if the judge is discussing this case:
Lottimer v. North Broward Hospital District, 889 So. 2d 165 (Fla 4th DCA 2004)
I found this information here:
http://www.juryblog.com/the-trial-lawyers-rights/right-to-back-strike/
COLUMBIA, Missouri - A 25-year-old Missouri woman was charged with abandonment of a corpse for allegedly putting her infant son into a duffel bag and dumping it into a pond...
I didn't see a thread for this, please delete if this is a duplicate.
"The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the babys body was found Sunday in a pond about two miles west of Higbee, about 35 miles north of Columbia in Randolph County."
