I cant help being a bit nervous that the judge fumbled the first hearing and even admitted he wished he had made ZA appear. I hope the TN judicial system isn't taking a page from TN LE on this one.

Good point. I also am guilty of suspecting/speculating on family member involvement. I feel like the only good thing that can come out of this is a lesson to all always be vigilant when it comes to protecting our loved ones. I hope that doesn't get lost. Even if the guilty person/people are...

Good point I guess, no real reason to speculate on what was or was not done by LE. Whatever the reason they didn't have enough evidence and or a solid lead to find Holly or search/arrest ZA in connection with, or they would have.

If true..and apparently at least locally in the Darden TN area "rumors" about ZA have swirled from the beginning, how is it possible to let him walk for 3 years with doing something to get a SW to retrieve evidence. OK lets assume that TBI has ZA in there "sites" Easter 2011. They don't move...

It seems to me that there is somewhat of a disconnect between what locals know about the case(including local press), or at less what locals gossip about, and what is reported in MSM. It concerns me that in the days following the disappearance when searches were still continuing that nobody...

I wish we knew more about how ZA "knew" HB and about the receipts found from her book bag.

Speculation here, no facts, but I don't think they have remains either. I think they have a story that in some respects checks out, and some sort of trophy of maybe even partial picture or video evidence taken by the perp...something like that, and are hoping for someone to break down and tell...

Lets hope that no innocent people get out of jail free.

Wow so this must have been moments from Holly walking into the carport, and FB logs data with every post such as what device you are posting from(iphone, android...) and if you are on a wireless signal, they would log the ip address you posted from, which would be physically tied to a internet...

Interesting, did not know any of this about ZA, but I guess it makes sense that the guy shoots his mom and gets away with it...I mean I can't even conceive of that...What goes on in TN?

So many good points in this discussion, but lets not forget they had the HS suspect drawing that is a dead ringer for ZA, and now she positively ID'ed the guy, so if they had suspected him for three years and needed a search warrant, they would have had it right there..they could have done the...

How does a highway patrol get to determine what is evidence or not in a kidnapping/possible murder case...I don't get it. I digress when it comes to LE handling of this case.
