I am SHOCKED by this outcome! Did Jason explain on the stand why he gave custody of his child to MY if he was innocent?? If there had been more women on the jury, I think this fact alone would convince them of his guilt.
VERY odd and not the type of thing I'd tell my spouse after waving my finger in his face telling him how angry I was with him in front of a bunch of neighbors!
And, when your wife has been missing for several hours and the police are trying to find her, you find it relevant to inform them that your wife doesn't have credit cards "because she is a shopaholic and spent $3000 in one day." That is something but it ain't integrity in my books......
I don't think that phone call outweighs all the damning evidence so far-the missing shoes (all four of them!) the Mica, knowing what she wore, lack of police cooperation, stating that he had been through a lot when his children had lost their mommy, and the fact he NEVER once said he didn't do this.
I've always wondered if one of the young uns were told to do something that morning that they reported to their relatives and that is why Brad lost custody so fast.
Remember the photo of the tv in the doorway?? I believe he put his little children in there to watch a movie and was able to get through a lot of cleaning without interference.
He began lying and he also displayed hostility towards Nancy when he informed the police that she didn't have a credit card because she was a shopaholic and had spent $3000 in one day. Not the type of info. a concerned husband would normally share with police the day his wife goes missing...
Yes he does!!! You become immune to his questioning after a while-in other words, he asks every question in such an accusatory, hysterical way that I don't believe the jury can tell which questions are important!
Hi folks! I thought things went well for the State today with the phone information. I am kind of surprised the shoes aren't being discussed so I must have missed something. I *thought* two pairs of shoes were found and presented as evidence and referred to as Nancy's new shoes and old...
Hi all! My first post but I've been following along on here since the case happened.
To respond to the post about who would want to drive in a patrol car; if my husband had gone missing while out running, you can bet your bootie I'd be driving with the police car helping in the search. I...
