well, this keeps getting curiouser and curiouser ! Amazing that the telephone tapes of the phone conversation were kept by the insurance company for so long. I guess they just don't keep them for "training purposes", but may be required by law should the insurance purchased come into question...

Looks like everything has been pushed back again per the court case portal. Pretrial conference now 8/21/2015 with the trial is set to begin 9/21/2015. This was posted on page 19 in this thread.
