Just saw a media piece on story, and reviewed the info a bit. It sounds very fishy. On the bright side, it would mean she is alive and will "come to her senses" soon. JMO.
In the latest article: "Bosenko also told KRCR that Sherri and her husband, Keith, have been very cooperative with investigators and that his department has no reason to doubt that she was kidnapped, beaten and tortured."...

There are parts of this I agree with, but if the perp is a serial killer, when has one ever let a victim go? Sexual fantasies being fulfilled, they would either kill the witness or keep them for a sex slave. I am genuinely interested in a contrary past case, though.
Thanks Lake. So if no ransom was paid, and one captor released SP, is it possible that the one who released her had "Lima Syndrome"?:

This post reminds me of when Jennifer Huston went missing two years ago - similar life circumstances. She was missing for two weeks before she was found dead - suicide. There was a big search for her, and it was thought there was no reason for her to leave that home life she had. You just never...
Lake if the reward was possibly an influence in Sherri being released do you think it's possible the captors were scared someone would rat them out? If so, perhaps that could still occur. I think it could be more clear there is a reward for info leading to their discovery. The promotion for the...
He seems suspicious to me, too. He was probably "dismissed as a suspect" as a way of preventing him from lawyering up, and so continuing to talk to detectives.
