Thanks. I found them using a different browser. My default browser is set up to block a lot of stuff I don't want to be bothered with. :)

I only use IE for watching gifs and checking my router. It doesn't have to be your primary browser.

Photoscape is a free picture editor with animated gifs included. But, if you have used 'save image as', you can open any animated gif in Internet Explorer and it should play.
