    LR would indeed know this.

I grabbed this from one of grannie's posts in the Allison Baden-Clay forum. It doesn't really say anything about depth of burial and how it impacts upon decomposition but it does mention that blood settling due to gravity can cause something called petechiae ('Tardieu Spots'). Perhaps the...

You've made some good points, Mouse. IMO

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #34

You are probably right, Nads - but the fact that a specific place is mentioned, in reference to the charge of 'interfering with a corpse', then it would seem to me that it would have some legal significance. JMO

Thanks for re-posting, Strangeworld. Do you know if the rumoured parked vehicle was in that little parking bay area next to the bridge?

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #34

Ah yes, your thoughts make sense to me, Doc. If Allison was deposited further along Kholo Creek and washed down to her final resting place then the second charge of 'interference with a corpse at Kholo Creek' would also fit. :rocker:

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #34

I just hope that if he's not convicted of murder that he is convicted of the second charge...which would mean QPS has clear evidence that Allison was placed under the bridge at Kholo Creek, not Little Ugly Creek - as the charge is quite specific as to the place, from all MSM reports.

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #34

I'm sure this has already been discussed but if someone could explain again, I'd be grateful. What happens if GBC is found not guilty of the first charge of murder? Will the prosecution then have to try and prove that he's guilty of the second charge - 'interfering with a corpse at kholo...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #34

Bolded By Me I agree with you alioop that the murder was premeditated and that Little Ugly Creek was probably chosen as the first-choice site for depositing Allison's body. I think though that the howling dogs reported in that vicinity may have scared GBC and any accomplice. I think...

Welcome alioop! Great first post too. Thanks for sharing your observations of what went on at the house with regard to police and NBC, recently. :seeya:

Off topic: Yes, there seems to have been much written about the predator but only a few short pieces on tv current affairs type shows. Maybe nobody wants to be seen to be giving this monster air-time/publicity?

I agree, GeminiGirl - the Baden-Clay case and this one just seem so similar in their circumstances...and yet the alleged killers have been treated so differently. LR gets bail and custody of his children whilst GBC is in custody awaiting trial and his children are put in the care of Allison's...

Bolded By Me Hi EzyStreet - I don't really understand the allegations regarding the house alarm system either. I do know that, with modern house alarm systems, you can set the alarm so that you can still be inside the house, moving around, but the perimeters of the house (windows and...

Oh yes, I agree! If all that Corryn wrote about him is true, then he is a complete slimeball! I know that I certainly felt 'a bad vibe' when I met him once in a store I was working in, a few months after Corryn's murder. He has cold, expressionless eyes...like a shark's. :puke: IMO...

Your post brought tears to my eyes, Aunty. I love that idea. A place where women could go to support each other. It would also be beautiful tribute to Allison and others like her who haven't been able to escape. I hope it can be done. :goldcrown:

Good thinking, mouse detective. I think you could be right, regarding the place card having fallen out of his jacket pocket. Since he didn't drive to the dinner in Corryn's car (as witnesses will testify) then it's not likely the card would have been in her car. I wonder if he threw...

You're right Nads - here's the reference to that:- This is a really good article as it contains lots of detail and photos of the bollard that was reversed over and the place card that was found at the scene. http://www.news.com.au/was-trial-of-the-century/story-e6frg12l-1226427536395 "The...
