"To make matters worse, it appears that the Crown’s case was so strong it didn’t actually need any of the illegal material. One of the men even intended to turn Queen’s evidence against his co-accused." http://www.scotsman.com/lifestyle/sound-judgment-1-620332

25 years. I hope Chance's final moments haunt her dreams. I hope it's her first thought in the morning and her last at night. I bet this is tortorous living in the real world with no drugs in her system. He was a baby, I'll bet most women on here, if not all, would lay their life down in order...

I've been waiting for today, there's such little coverage over here even a Google search didn't throw up the new date. The only consolation I feel is imagining another 10 weeks of them scuttling round a prison wondering if today's the day someone seeks justice for Chance their own way.

What lovely, warm welcomes I'm getting from everyone, thank you. I'm a long time lurker but have been wary to post before now given my lack of knowledge of the system etc. Am I right in thinking that JW is in court again on 20th? Is it just him or her as well? What is this for, a plea...

Hi ClaireNC and Cookie. I'm still up, this is haunting me. His little face. I just can't even begin to imagine how anyone could do that, let alone his parents. The most primitive, basic, animal instinct screams with every fibre of a mammals being to protect their young. I don't know what animals...

Also I feel things need to change within the welfare system. As I said before, I'm in the uk. I've had some concerns over some local children for a few months. When I mentioned it to someone I was told that unless it came from a person in a position of trust, ie a teacher, dr etc then it would...

Hi all, I'm new here and in the UK. I've spent the last few nights reading about Chance from the beginning (there was very little coverage here) and I'm absolutely heartbroken for him, heartbroken over the unconditional love of a parent that he never experienced, heartbroken because of a system...
