Well said! I second that motion. It's great to be here with so many people who obviously care about these young girls and want to help any way possible.

Your guess is as good as mine. What would be anyone's motive to kill two innocent kids? But since you asked, here's my opinion...the victim's are female and young, thus vulnerable. This means easy targets and most probably a sexual assault. We know it was not robbery so that rules that motive...

The only thing the SW proves is that LE had reasonable grounds to search his property. Period. I did not infer it meant he was guilty in any way. And since those warrants are sealed we do not know what those grounds are. If we did know we would have another week's worth of sleuthing to do. And...

I am quite sure what LE means is that BG has not come forth to identify himself and say that was him on the bridge that day. I have not heard anything to say R/L has "come forth" to say that either was or wasn't him. Just because LE spoke to R/L previously does not mean R/L voluntarily "came...

Yes, there's a chance we could all be wrong but right now there's not much more to sleuth than what we know...otherwise I could be chasing down SK's from another state but the chances of it being that are much less than what I believe now, given what we do know. So I personally choose not to do...

Respectfully, LE cannot do anything until they have reasonable cause...so serving the SW's on March 17th tells me they have reason to believe he was involved in some way. LE cannot serve a SW merely based on grounds that the land owner "might possibly be" a suspect. That would not be reasonable.

Where I'm from when an officer says PC it means police car.

Can't arrest on suspicion. Need reasonable grounds, just as in applying for a SW.

I'm not sure if that's a bad thing? I'm just a sleuther going by what I see and hear. I'm not the one who will be laying charges, and that's where it matters. I suppose I could say I've read posts where some people are adamant it's not R/L, but how do they know that either? Just my opinion and I...

Yes, he plead guilty to those two charges that were unrelated to the murders. However, in my opinion the other two charges that were part of the plea deal (false informing and obstructing justice) had to do with his alibi. I think LE verified that he lied about where he was that day of the...

I don't think this is the only time R/L has violated his probation. I think people advised LE of witnessing his breaching parole because of the ongoing murder investigation. I am assuming this man has issues with alcohol given his history. Many people who have such issues have other...

Totally agree with you, Bemused. Everyone has their own theory for one reason or another and with what we know right now I tend to agree with your theory. Gotta respect that. Many don't want to believe RL did this and I'm not saying he did...however, someone did and I don't want to believe that...

NO, I think Bemused is referring to a video of the girls that was taken some time before the murder...it was on SM to show what good friends they were.

Thank you Molecularblonde, I enjoy reading your posts as well...and welcome to WS! It would seem 23 minutes would be correct between pics. Something else this makes me wonder is, IF the suspect happened to pass by the trail in his vehicle and saw the girls walking along, could this be related...

Good question. And this is the point where I think it gets interesting. Since we've recently been discussing the times of the pics at 2:07 pm and the probable still pic of BG at 2:30 pm I am thinking the girls must have hung around the South end of the bridge for a bit as there is 23 minutes in...

A COD is not a signature it is merely a cause of death. Perhaps other evidence is indicative of a signature, like posing a body or sodomizing/removing body parts.

I wonder if LE has previous reports of anyone complaining about hikers from the trail trespassing on their property or has there been disputes between hikers/landowners over this in the past. One thing I find very interesting about this case is that, from what we gather from the info, the...

I'm not sure if I understand your point so forgive me if I am not following correctly...most crimes that cause one to be entered into a database are serious crimes. The evidence in databases that connect or link offenders to evidence are things like ballistics, DNA, etc, which are usually the...
