Ok this one is probably a long shot but she reminded me of this Jane Doe and her name is Donna. Stats are not far off and I think she looks similar. The only thing is Jane Doe is listed as brown eyes on Doenetwork and Namus and this wanted girl is listed as having blue eyes BUT I just looked at...
