Prosecutor brought up and "quoted" transcript of that interview on cross so they could have played it to prove what was said. So defense not bringing it up on direct excuse is squashed. Prosecution could have played it.

well i just meant in the eyes of the law/court. You can notarize all you want but that have to go before the courts to be legal. Even if notarized legally.

totally agree. IMO not hard to see the states Offer being no deal unless you give us George. And JW saying only if you take the DP off for all will I do that. That's how I can wrap my brain around JW and AW saying George there if he wasn't - to save his life in other words.
