With her autopsy conclusion being suicide I imagine that LE is satisfied he isn’t a suspect though. Or have you heard something different?

Ok I got the terminology incorrect. But since EG had not been charged with anything regarding Lucas why was this person speaking with her? And was the taxpayer being billed for those hours?

His charges weren’t felonies and he has no conviction so in Kansas his gun rights would not have been revoked.

I agree and I think it was the last thing he was expecting to see. The human brain protects itself when confronted with the unthinkable by slipping into a kind of denial initially.

No that’s not what I meant. Someone had mentioned JH being able to collect victims assistance money and my point was since no cause of death has come out yet I don’t know that he would qualify for those state funds.

It’s a crime but until they finalize the autopsy with cod I’m not sure what victim assistance he would qualify for, was my point. And just to add apparently the DA wasn’t even willing to bring those charges against EG even though she directed DM to his body. SMH

He did use the word we. I thought at the time did he mean EG took him at his request since JH had returned to work. He wasn’t specific as to the time frame so it’s hard to know.

But since the ‘crime’ hasn’t been determined yet, ie waiting on autopsy results, he may not be eligible at this point.? ETA I’m not sure why that first post got included in my reply but it wasn’t my intent. Lots of glitches with this new format on my end.
