    "Oh, I haven't said anything, don't worry"

I vote for this one. She may also have been assuring Cindy she hasn't said anything to incriminate herself...like she'd been told by her lawyer to do. Or maybe she is saying not to worry she hasn't disclosed the ID of Caylee's father.

    NANCY GRACE - Monday, 12/29/08

IMO, the way the remains were scattered, and so far, I think means that the body was there for some time. Prob longer than a month. LE seemed confident that the body had been there shortly after death.

    The Trial When-Where -What

Defendants have the right to a speedy trial. They frequently wave that right, esp. if they need to gather info for a defense. this time, it bit Casey in the butt. They found the remains before the non-speedy trial.

New Jan. 5th issue of National Enquirer

The other person/people are probably known by LE by now. If not, they prob don't want to draw attention to themselves, esp to LE. The pictures will surface after the trial.

    Will George and Cindy Testify?

That's what I was thinking. I hadn't read the post above from the attorney. If they plead the 5th at Casey's trial, though, that will prob put them under more scrutiny as far as LE filing charges against them. They'd pretty much be admitting they did something illegal. MOO

    Will George and Cindy Testify?

I wonder if that will keep LE from charging the A's? They will HAVE to testify, even if considered a hostile witness, and cannot plead the 5th. If they have been charged with something, then any question asked about Casey...they could plead the 5th and we'd never get any info out of them.

Will Casey's story change drastically before trial? What Will her story be?

Same here. However, I work in an ER, and we often hold psych patients until beds are available in facilities. Some bipolars can decomponsate beyond belief without meds, and can have psychotic moments. Scares the heck out of me. I would NEVER go off my meds anyway, but after seeing some of the...

Sorry to offend. ETA You are right. It was inappropriate.

Will Casey's story change drastically before trial? What Will her story be?

Back in the 80s and early 90s, mutiple personalites (now Dissosiative Identity Disorder) was a common diagnosis. Everyone had it. Including me, according to my then therapist. It has since been proven that the disorder is quite rare. going with a DID defense is going to be very hard.

Will Casey's story change drastically before trial? What Will her story be?

I'm trying to wrap my head around the borderline vs sociopath theories. If she is sociopath, would she really care about how Cindy viewed her? Did SP show sociopathic symptoms his whole life?

Will Casey's story change drastically before trial? What Will her story be?

I"m not an expert on sociopaths. Everyone said she changed after her breakup with Jesse, and then got even worse with her new partying BFFs. Im' actually starting to lean towards borderline rather than sociopath. And either PTSD over what she did, or lying so much to herself that she really...

Will Casey's story change drastically before trial? What Will her story be?

I voted I'm not sure. If she stays with Zanny, she's fried or at least not getting out until she's in her fifties. If she changes to an accident, she's going to have to do a lot of genuine crying in the court room. A LOT. She has been so callous and calculating, and with the internet searches...

2008.12.25 Is it a Book in the Woods?

I agree with the duplicate item theory. If they found Caylee's book and sheets and whatever at the crime scene, then they should be missing from the home. If they can prove Caylee had certain toys, etc. in pictures, they should be in her room, not her deathbed, unless Casey dumped them with her.
