That document states on page 11 that they'd previously had another facility in Oakley. Do we know anything about that?

Yeah, he's 60. I found an article where he and CM applied for their marriage license. Just a sec, I'll link it. Boo, I can't link it because I use a proxy, but here it is: VITAL STATISTICS Contra Costa Times (Walnut Creek, CA) - Wednesday, November 12, 1997 ... Molino-Ward Lee: James Molino...

I was searching news archives a while back and found some Molinos in the (American) South, including a Jim. I didn't pay much attention to it at the time. Does anyone know if Jim is NorCal born and raised? I know CM has roots there, but could Jim have moved there from somewhere else?

I saw an online video of her interview on a morning show when it first aired. I think I found it through google news, but it's archived now so it'll take a while for me to find it (If it's still up). We wouldn't know about CM's raid except that she went to the media with it, so it's possible...

Poll: Why did Garrido bring Jaycee to the PO office?

The parole office is in Concord. End of story. Our job is not to read your mind or infer your meaning on every post.

My first guess would be her husband. Pure speculation here, but her husband is about 25 years older than her, and I think they've been married about 12 years. He may have a history with PG that she isn't aware of, or maybe had more of a connection with PG during their friendship than she knew...

Supposedly she received a death threat. http://www.ktvu.com/news/20842721/detail.html I don't buy it though. She knows waaaay more than she's telling.

Poll: Why did Garrido bring Jaycee to the PO office?

Yes, thank you. Not to mention that every single credible source regarding this case, including IG Shaw's report, many of which have been linked numerous times in this forum, all specify that the parole office was in Concord. Hence calling the Concord PD for back up...

New Jailhouse Letter from Phil Garrido to Walt Gray (11/11/09)

BBM. Great post, thank you :) IIRC we were never able to nail down a date or dates for the parties. One neighbor in particular elaborated on them to the British tabloid press, however no dates were given. There were news references to other neighbors having heard backyard parties, again, no...

New Jailhouse Letter from Phil Garrido to Walt Gray (11/11/09)

From the link in my post: Garrido's letter, which is the third sent to KCRA, also addressed other issues, but the station declined to release more details.

BBM. Thank you! Wonder why we've never heard about the second one? When was it sent? Which letter says what? So many questions.

New Jailhouse Letter from Phil Garrido to Walt Gray (11/11/09)

http://www.kcra.com/mostpopular/21609560/detail.html From the article: "We see this as just another example of his attempt to control the situation around him and his prior victims -- he is a master manipulator," District Attorney Vern Pierson said in a statement. ... Pierson fired back...

New Jailhouse Letter from Phil Garrido to Walt Gray (11/11/09)

Many of the links, including the original KCRA one, reference this as his third letter. By my count it's only his second, then there was the call to Walt Gray. Did I miss something? Also interesting that KCRA declines to release the whole letter on the advice of their attorneys...

New Jailhouse Letter from Phil Garrido to Walt Gray (11/11/09)

The original KCRA link has been updated: SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- In his third jailhouse letter to KCRA 3, Phillip Garrido issued an apology "for what has taken place" and referenced "ending a sexual problem believed to be impossible." Garrido is the convicted rapist accused of kidnapping...

    Nancy Garrido - thread #2

I was thinking about the stun gun that the charging documents state was used on Jaycee. I'm guessing that since PG was a parolee that he wouldn't have been able to purchase it himself (Is that correct?), and though I'm sure there are many illegal ways he could have acquired it, wouldn't it be...
