Sure. I think LE knows who was at TR. I am thinking more about the emphasis on there being no force and no physical trauma to her body. Whether she was at TR or not is yet to be known but it doesn't seem she was with PH against her will- at least initially. MOO
LE stated they have evidence that they were together the night of the 20th and 21st and no signs of force. I presume that evidence involves much more than just the co-workers statements. They would not release that to the public or even to PH's family for that matter. Moo
Agree. I think when a reporter asked, LE repeated just that they knew they were together on the night of the 20th and 21st and they had no evidence of force being used ( not direct quote).
I 100% Agree with this. I, too, cringe at the exploitative component. Grief is a long, arduous journey and isn't always compatible with LE evidence. MOO
I'm not sure that speaking publicly is the best option, either, and doesn't always stop the masses from harassment. ML's ex-wife was also getting harassed and death threats.
I see no benefit to making assumptions about co-workers at this point given so far, the suspect that has been named is...
I think the point is that it's possible ( probable?) that LE and the DA have more evidence to support who was at the TR beyond the initial statements. Likewise, they had enough evidence to charge FH with abuse of a corpse.

When I put myself in PH's mom or family's shoes, I can see that in grief, considering an OD would feel like victim blaming. It is hard to imagine that happening to someone you love so much and have seen fight an addiction that almost took her life then...
Absolutely agree. And unfortunately if you read all the rumors, it is easy to start making connections that aren't actually there. Those connections then get folks focused on one theory and despite information to the contrary, they keep seeking to substantiate this presumed connection. I'm sure...
I actually recall 10:45 being the time she was reported as leaving.
ETA: Paighton Houston case: Registered sex offender sought for burying missing woman in shallow grave
"Birmingham police officials have previously said that Houston went with co-workers to the Tin Roof, a bar and live music...
I think this is very likely. Stories might "change" once the severity and danger becomes real. If initially they were covering thinking she may just have relapsed (or had previously unbeknownst to family), they may have withheld incriminating info. When her phone was going to voicemail and she...
Maybe. I just cannot get behind the outlandish SM conspiracy theories at this point. It seems far more likely that they were at TR, PH was lured by or sought out drugs, she left with 2 men (and maybe others), something happened with drugs and an OD occurred (accidentally IMO but possibly with...
"
District Attorney Washington explains that based on the information given to the office, Hampton and Houston were at the Tin Roof together.
Washington said, “We have different stories as to what took place at the point of her becoming missing, but in terms of other connections prior to that...
If PH willingly left with someone, potentially for some type of house party so to speak, it is possible a friend/co-worker attempted to cover that to her other friends and family until she realized PH was in real danger/missing. MOO
