Well, l have a suggestion. Martinez can play Jodi's plea for the death penalty prior to her conviction and then the DT can play the interview from yesterday of Jodi again requesting the death penalty and save a lot of time wasted on all the objections, approaches and trial by sidebar.

Jennifer got that same look she gets right before she jumps and yelling objection and "may we approach". For a split second I seriously thought Jennifer was going to jump up and OBJECT :floorlaugh:

IMO, the DT are trying to get around that particular law. And, with a judge who seems to allow them anything they desire, IMO, I hope Martinez can quash that motion swiftly.

So the DT feels they are entitled to these statements before the victims testify? For what purpose does the DT need them other than to object,approach, sidebar and then sealing the transcript of this sidebar? IMO, the DT shouldn't have ANY right to influence what the victims want to convey...

I observed similar and inappropriate behaviors in all of Jodi's female relatives. uggh!!! the board is moving so slow that by the time I can post I've already forgot what I wanted to say :facepalm:

From just the few trials I've followed, there have been several attorneys who have lied and considering that they are suppose to be officers of the court it was disappointing, to put it mildly.

When I've had patients who weren't eating either bc the hospital food was too horrible or the patient doesn't seem to have an appetite I'll tell the family/friends to bring whatever they think the patient will eat. It may not be the healthiest but it's better than not eating at all.

Mine went out the day I saw her roll her eyes at Taneisha who was bawling. When she started wearing the purple ribbon and #1 Mom necklace it confirmed my opinion.

Were there any discussions about RS's testimony of comparing Jodi's pseudo-ptsd to that of a solider suffering from true ptsd?
