    Darlie's "Hypnosis"

Darlie said the regression therapy helped her remember some other things, but won't say what. It helped her put events in 'proper context' for the night.

    Darlie's "Hypnosis"

In an August 1998, report Anne Zimmerman of the Dallas Observer said that Darlie had undergone regression therapy. This supposedly helped Darlie remember that there had been 2 intruders, although she saw only one leave.

Hi new to this forum.....my thoughts on the Routier case

]The sock in the alley? I thought this was part of her attempt to lead LE on a wild goose chase . It most probably was an attempt at a ruse on Darlie's part. Just two small smears of the boys blood was found on the sock and none of Darlie's blood. And, if the intruder was trying to flee the...

Hi new to this forum.....my thoughts on the Routier case

I think that's a good analysis CC. Almost the same as my thoughts, except I think Darin came downstairs a bit before Darlie was thru with the staging.

Hi new to this forum.....my thoughts on the Routier case

First, Darlie saw the intruder and is still adamant that it wasn't Darin. Second, how could Darin have left thru the garage and still made it back in time to come down the stairs when Darlie supposedly called out? Third, why would Darin put on a black baseball cap to come downstairs and kill his...

Hi new to this forum.....my thoughts on the Routier case

Sin Saint, Sometimes you're just not asking yourself the right questions. i.e. why is the blood on the knife only Darlie and Damon's and not Devon's. Why is the blood on the sock only Devon and Damon's and none of Darlie's. Why did an intruder go the long way to get out of the alley and drop a...

Should Darlie have a new trial?

And so do the guilty! (Actually, a polygraph machine does not detect truth or lies; it only measures galvanic responses. A polygraph is only as reliable as the examiner who knows what questions to ask and when.)

Should Darlie have a new trial?

It was reported that after Darlie took the polygraph, she and her mother were seen sobbing in each others arms in the hallway. I wonder if any of Darlie's supporters would urge her to take another polygraph now that Darin has bailed.

Should Darlie have a new trial?

Not to argue too much, but......Possibly is not proven.

Should Darlie have a new trial?

There have been no cases in which evidence surfaced which would have proven that an executed person was innocent. Many people have been freed from death row before execution, but the Coalition for the Abolition of the Death Penalty has not been able to find a case in recent or not so recent...

Was Darin Routier involved in away with the murder or cover up of their boys?

IMO Darin has gotten tired of being linked to Darlie. There's his statement 'who else do you know who would have waited,,,' Darin is trying to live a life separate and apart. He has not been to see Darlie in a decade and has had several girlfriends according to Lubbock natives. His latest is a...

Should Darlie have a new trial?

I hope you meant to post that people who have been sent to death row have been exhonorated later. There's been no case where someone who has been executed has later been actually proven innocent.

    Innocent!

How can you prove that Darlie screamed for Darin? I will always believe Darin came downstairs in response to some noise Darlie made and found her before she was ready with the staging. Remember that they both changed their stories. Darin first said he was awakened by the sound of breaking glass...

    Book: Hush Little Babies

I won't keep up this back-and-forth did-not-did-too arguing, but would like to point out that the clock on events does not start ticking until right before Darlie calls 911.

    Innocent!

And I am trying to find the photo of the nightshirt which shows three drops, or spots if you prefer, circled as being the places tested. It was on a video, too.

    Book: Hush Little Babies

All her wounds? She had a stab wound to the forearm and a slice to the neck which showed hesitation marks. The bruising has always been in question and yes, I do believe she could have done all that in under 2 minutes, but why you chose 2 minutes, I have no idea. The kitchen towels that Darlie...

    Innocent!

There's been some false statements on Darlie's site that all the evidence from the house was bundled together and placed in bags which is what I thought you were referring to. Darlie's shirt was removed, but she wore it while being transported to the hospital. Damon and Devon's blood could not...

    Innocent!

It was not one spot. Here's a link to the transcript testimony.http://www.routiertranscripts.com/transcripts/volumes/vol-39.php This is Bevel's testimony that concerns a mixture of Damon, Darlie and Devon's blood.

    Innocent!

Sorry I didn't make it clear that the blood I was talking about were the drops on the BACK of her nightshirt. Tiny spots of the boys blood were found there with tails indicating they were deposited from overhead. That's the evidence that helped convict her. No doubt the front of her nightshirt...

    Innocent!

Darlie went to the hospital wearing her nightshirt. It was not crumpled in an evidence bag. The boys both had some knife wounds that did not penetrate far into the body. If Darlie were on the floor, the only way to get more depth to the stabs would be to raise the knife higher. The blood...
