I'm trying to think of what evidence could have been found to indicate not only murder, but INTENTIONAL murder. I don't think recovering missing items would necessarily do that. It might indicate a murder cover-up, but lying to authorities doesn't prove intent. Sadly, people try to cover-up...
I was responding to 164 up above, about the doc dump we have coming. Though looking again, I may have initially misunderstood. It says it will contain texts from JR and MS, but I'm not necessarily sure that they are referring to texts sent between the two men to one another. Has anyone heard...
Re: the texts between MS and JR, this certainly seems to indicate that Mark was aware of JR's involvement in the murder. I know we've speculated in the past as to whether CWW brought him on secretly, or with Mark's approval.
I don't know why it is, I keep finding myself feeling bad for JRR. Maybe because he's so young... I don't know. I just keep reminding myself of his gloating fb post after Teresa's murder, then all that pity magically melts away.
German? It's always something with this guy... always has some kind of scheme in motion. IMO, he's so busy trying to obsessively control his daughters, he seems to have disregarded the need to put up a good front for everyone else. I sincerely hope that this bizarre behaviour is remembered at...
It appears to me that Mummert thought he was going to go all Perry Mason on the courtroom and get CWW to proclaim Mark innocent of all wrong-doing. Happily (and predictably) it backfired in his face and he was made to look like the incompetent moron I strongly suspect he is.
I theorized this when CK stated that Mark had told her the exact number of blows prior to the medical exam. I didn't think there was an actual way for this crime to be any more horrifying, but wow... If correct, MS is even more of a monster than we originally thought.
I feel like I remember reading somewhere that Teresa wanted a 'real' office manager (my words, not hers) but didn't think they could afford one. Does anyone else remember this, or am I confusing my cases? I can't imagine anyone else making that amount as an office manager! Seems like they'd...
[emoji38] OMG, I'm sorry, I know this is a serious subject, but numbers 2 and 4 had me in stitches! Thanks fldigger, I don't think I've laughed so hard at anything for weeks. [emoji38]
I think there's a difference between 'how did they miss this for so long?' And 'how did he hide this for so long?' Not to speak for other posters, but I really do think that the latter is what most are trying to understand. Teresa was incredibly intelligent, and clearly not afraid of being...
I was just kidding around ;) Seriously though, while you definitely have a point, I am interested to see the next batch release related to MS. I believe they likely have quite a lot on him thst we're not aware of yet. As sloppily as this whole murder scenario was carried out, I think there...
Am I remembering correctly that an envelope with Teresa's name on it was found in CWW's possession? Just speculating, obviously, but I wonder if the creep had the check waiting for him in it? [emoji35]
Honestly? It occurred to me after seeing him today that he might not even last very long in prison. I can just see him pulling his prissy superior act on the wrong person, and then... Not that I think his tough guy act will hold up long in the face of actual danger, but he's just so smug and...
