I don't understand what was accomplished having CWW, a confessed killer on the stand today?
It appears to me that Mummert thought he was going to go all Perry Mason on the courtroom and get CWW to proclaim Mark innocent of all wrong-doing. Happily (and predictably) it backfired in his face and he was made to look like the incompetent moron I strongly suspect he is.

Matching outfits, just like the twins they want to be... they're going to have the same living accommodations too for at least the next 25+ years.

Like a new twist on Property Brothers. Today was just bizarre with those two looking so much alike. Bravo TV should jump in there..... The Inmates of SWF.

Crime cases are often bizarre. In Kentucky we have the Bluegrass Conspiracy-----bizarre.

I was glad to finally put a voice to a face. CWW was submissive and respectful to the judge. No doubt, CWW remains equally submissive to MS. I can't believe MS didn't blurt out some words today directly to CWW.

Did anyone else notice MS's glasses came off and stayed off when CWW came in courtroom, but went right back on when he left. Trying not to look alike or just trying not to make eye contact?
Trying to make his "tears" more visible for the camera? The big, 'facing down my wife's murderer' moment. [emoji19]

Superdad had his superfriend murder the mother of his children. I find that super creepy.

* What a farce that was today in the courtroom! Buffoonery and horseplay.. I am sick of MS controlling his surroundings. Time to terminate it. Really.

Right, and Mummert helping to set the stage with "be calm, be calm" knowing CWW is about to enter the courtroom. MS just played onto everything. Makes me sick.

I'm just in awe....It's almost scary how much they look alike!

I am beginning to think Mark actually witnessed this murder via Facetime. I swear.... I am reeling here.
I agree with you beach I think Mark witnessed this murder too.

Unless CWW told MS everything that went down when CWW was in Florida the week of the funeral.

GOT IT! I think I know why the defense wants the CWW testimony in the DCF case sealed! Sometimes you give away information merely by asking a question. The defense doesn't care about what CWW would say in today's hearing, but IS concerned about the questions they asked being used in MS murder trial.

What is the significance of asking CWW if he "hit her in the head three times"?

1) That's what he told MS he did to Ronnie Bolin
2) MS saw his wife's murder, if so, did he also speak to her while CWW and JRR held held her before killing her
3) CWW told MS that's "all" he did and that JRR did the rest
4) CWW admitted it in his testimony for the plea bargain which is currently sealed and MS is tipping his hand that he knows exactly what's CWW testified

If it's true that CWW testified to hitting TS three times, and the plea documents are sealed, this opens a can of worms as to how the defense got access to a sealed document that they had no part of and he's letting CWW know that MS knows.

If it's true that CWW hit RB three times when he killed him, that lets CWW know that he/MS can testify against him about RB's murder.

If it's true that CWW hit TS three times, that means MS knows and that could only have come from CWW either via conversation, text, etc. or witnessing it for himself. If CWW told MS and MS didn't tell LE even while professing his innocence, what earthly reason could he provide as to why he didn't immediately go to LE with CWW's confession to him. If MS is innocent. (We know he's not innocent, just saying HE wants people to believe he is.)

Ever the controlling , there was MS scribbling away giving his lawyer questions to ask the judge.

I do wonder if MS gets convicted, that the first appeal he'll file will be that he wasn't adequately represented by counsel. How do people EVER get away with that one when the defendant himself chose his own lawyers?

Snipped for focus

But wouldn't the defense be given it via discovery? It may be sealed to the public, but the defense surely gets a copy.

Awesome post ! I just got chills thinking about Mark watching the killing but a lot of stuff points to that and quite honestly I am very thankful CK got out off the house alive after her visit. This case is more sinister than I thought and I still have a hard time digesting all the time the girls spent with their dad after their mother's murder.....

I don't wish death on anyone but ......Mark needs to receive the DP........this is all so crazy and it doesn't stop. :(

I think he gave Mark a "rundown". Whether its true or not, we don't know. Marks clown posse is pulling at straws because they know he's GUILTY!

I agree, Oregonmama..... DP all the way.

FelicityLemon..... "MS scribbling away" got me today. Been watching the OJ Simpson docu movie & remembering watching it back then.... OJ scribbled all the time, was very active with his Dream Team as to his defense strategy AND that defense team 'played the games' that lawyers play.

Your post earlier, possibly that MS may have watched TS murder..... wow, I never thought but we'll see later what we wonder about now. Great post, FL.

All this his leaves me to wonder if MS had anything to do with RB's disappearance. I know it's been bounced around here.

I would have thought so, but then I also wonder how much of their case the prosecution has to give away, or what is considered actual work product. I know things there are things that can be held back legally, but not others. I did notice that CWW's lawyer said it was sealed and wondered why.

If the defense already has CWW's statement, then cross that one off my list, lol!

:D All credit goes to our fabulous beach she's the one who proposed the idea that MS watched via Facetime!

That had never occurred to me before, and boy howdy that threw me for a loop.
