What in the world does asking CWW if he hit TS three times have to do with the children's custody? Judge shouldn't have allowed this. And CWW' lawyer seemed unprepared. IMO

My opinion - CWW's beard was magnificent compared to MS's. Thick, Luxurious & Dark.

Wow, wow, wow! I would put money on MS's lawyer telling MS to take is glasses off so they don't look too much alike. Good catch Jessicades. And the crying by MS when CWW talked about killing TS,,,,pffft! I'm guessing more pre planned theatrics by MS and his lawyer. Such a disgusting crew

No CWW attorney's objected. MM was not even suppose to ask any of those kinds of questions...he has not learn court procedures during the hearing, much like JB did.

MS Wanted to to give CWW the evil eye. The stare down.

Sooo, MS agrees with DCF that he cannot financially care for his children because he's in jail.

When he wasn't in jail, he couldn't take care of them financially either, so what's the diff? He no longer had a job, the IRS lien was looming, so there was that issue WHILE HE WAS FREE, in addition to not being able to make mortgage payments, so there's that third thing that makes no difference wherever he is.

Oh, and he "can't monitor his children's phone or internet for safety"? (paraphrasing)
I think he means "can't control"

I am beginning to think Mark actually witnessed this murder via Facetime. I swear.... I am reeling here.

I theorized this when CK stated that Mark had told her the exact number of blows prior to the medical exam. I didn't think there was an actual way for this crime to be any more horrifying, but wow... If correct, MS is even more of a monster than we originally thought.
