    Deceased/Not Found NY - Etan Patz, 6, New York, 25 May 1979 #2 *P. Hernandez guilty*

thanks, i read that too and wondered yet we know from the original reports that PH didn't go to LE directly on his own so I imagine he didn't admit readily. I'm looking forward to the evaluation if he is mentally able to stand trial. All I can see from information given is that he has...

    Deceased/Not Found NY - Etan Patz, 6, New York, 25 May 1979 #2 *P. Hernandez guilty*

snipped, just wanted to mention, think post 589 in this thread has a link with a video (i'm sure its the one bodhi posted?) that mentioned 2 people that saw Etan walking down the street that day (hope i've heard that correctly) also that PH has 2 children from his 1st wife, a son & daughter...

snipped thanks, great background information that I had no idea about I never realized that it was 2 separate or more investigations going on; I can see how Ramos appeared to be the focus though. there has been many wb members with links and information about that time and the area. The...

:) i know lol 18 and takes off on his own ? I guess we'll have to wait until they reveal more information. I feel more certain that whatever really happened or whoever it was will end up linking back to the bodega; whether it was PH or not. jmo so far :)

I beleive one article did mention he was paid under the table, so could be a concern, yet he was family and only 18 so I don't know why it be that great a deal hmmm the whole thing is odd

snipped, bbm Excellent post DPT After I wrote my previous post I recalled reading that a detective re-walked that route to the Bodega for years. Honestly its just driving me nuts that he would do that and not bother to go talk to PH (or look for where he went). It totally leaves me...

    Deceased/Not Found NY - Etan Patz, 6, New York, 25 May 1979 #2 *P. Hernandez guilty*

The other thing that stumps me is that the Police would have interviewed everyone from that bodega due to Etan planning to buy a soda.. so how did PH not get interviewed. There had to a reason, did the owners only state he worked occasionally and not that particular day? Since if LE knew he...

    Deceased/Not Found NY - Etan Patz, 6, New York, 25 May 1979 #2 *P. Hernandez guilty*

strange eh, the only way I've come to see it is that Etan's parents didn't know he was missing till he didn't get home from school later in the afternoon. So from the time the police got around to doing a search PH had already walked to the Dumpster (if that's really what he did). Passerby's...

When I was 12 years old, friends of my family owned a deli/variety store and they left me alone for periods of time doing cash, cutting lunchmeats etc. So I can see his working a morning shift or whatever yet I see what you mean, depends how mature & trustworthy they felt about it. Again, the...

    Deceased/Not Found NY - Etan Patz, 6, New York, 25 May 1979 #2 *P. Hernandez guilty*

I was wondering that this morning, I would like to know if he was working alone that day. Etan was going to buy a soda and if Hernandez was alone, the door to the the bodega would be locked (with a sign 'be back in...' sign, as thats what is normally done). Hernandez easily could have lured...

bbm I feel strongly that he is as well. Possibly a ped, was 18 at the time, maybe the 1st time he acted on it and killed the child? I don't believe he just wanted to strangle a child and then never killed again. Yet I can believe it was sexual motivated crime that he killed a child but...

Family that hid Casey Anthony says she is selfish

I don't understand how she could leave the country, doesn't she owe a lot of money? I can't even imagine she has the money to leave the country and survive without someone supporting her... since I don't see her getting a job.

I don't think an appeal regarding location will fly. I was told long ago how this city is often chosen as a testing site for companies etc.. which also includes Gov't programs due to it's demagraphics. I quickly googled for an article and the best I could find is below. I sorta think had this...

hope you don't mind me using your post to share my opinion the search warrent was not faulty, it just happened to be a point in time that changes were in the works around laptops and warrants and the judge wanted to error on the side of that occuring... an appeal issue I don't believe...

I agree, I've always felt and told my daughters they were gifts and thats the way I interpret the stone..all about the gift they received in Tori's life. I wouldn't want to add the horrible date she left if it were me (I wouldn't give TLM & MR any space on her headstone) Just remember the gift...
