The ransom note & Patsy Ramsey, letter by letter.

Ed, you mention that you are certain there are 'individual experts willing to tell you anything you want to hear'.... Then you state that you are not an expert on handwriting analysis or DNA, therefore you rely on the experts analyses of such. So if the experts you are relying on for your...

    JDI - A Possible Prosecution?

So, like DocG, you are presuming Patsy is not going to recognize her own handwriting then.... That he expects the police to recognize it as Patsy's, but not Patsy herself.... But if she does, she should not suspect that it was someone trying to set her up either, because John even said he...

    JDI - A Possible Prosecution?

Why is John going to purposely disguise his handwriting to look like Patsy's, for her to find the ransom note herself? Or even have her see it eventually at all? if it is to say that he means for it to look like someone else did it to set her up, he said he didn't think the handwriting was...

    Who molested/abused Jonbenet?

....right, but to otg's point, or someone else's point... Accidental murder can still be at fault murder, as in negligent homicide or involuntary manslaughter. Therefore, murder does not necessarily have to be intentional for it to be prosecuted against.

The ransom note & Patsy Ramsey, letter by letter.

Yes, he did.... And he also said he did NOT believe they were being set up by the ransom note writer to make it look purposely like Patsy wrote it either... As noted in the testimony answers to Prosecutor Michael Cane.

    Who molested/abused Jonbenet?

People still get found guilty for negligent homicide and involuntary manslaughter ... Just saying.

The ransom note & Patsy Ramsey, letter by letter.

You speak of special pleading, but then presume to know what every parent in general would do, criminally insane or not, due to their exhaustion level that you personally know of on this particular night. I wish I had your level of omniscience. For then, everything would all be figured out...

The ransom note & Patsy Ramsey, letter by letter.

When John Ramsey was asked by Michael Cane in testimony that I recently posted, if John Ramsey thought they were being set up, in regards to the ransom note, he said 'No'. You should be able to find that earlier in this thread, I believe.

    Who molested/abused Jonbenet?

I'm not being snarky. If they are psychopathic enough to participate in mutual sexual molestation rituals with their own daughter, with Patsy willingly giving her to her husband, and abusing her too... All the while putting up a perfect front, allowing people in their homes, acting as if all is...

    Who molested/abused Jonbenet?

I find it interesting that Sapphire Steel thinks it is 'As If' preposterous for the crime to be BDI because the parents would have called 911 in that case or else they would have had to have been psychopathic, so she eliminates this scenario... But then states they were clearly 'sick' because...

Questions I Have Not Found Answers To

Perhaps... but not all -- we have had some revelations just over the past six months not previously known or believed: - With James Kolar's book: the information about the fecal smearing of Burke, the feces on the candy box, the train tracks - marks that lined up, his long powerpoint...

    Was Burke involved?

Knot(s) were not sophisticated. That was red herring, and out-and-out lies perpetuated by Lou Smit Spin Team to make it look as if it was something far beyond the realms of regular knots that any family, especially a normal, loving one like the Ramseys, would have any knowledge of. Special...

Questions I Have Not Found Answers To

Not just speculation... According to Prosecutor Michael Kane, "There remain "dozens" of secrets. Absolutely. Dozens. And a lot of what the public thinks is fact is simply not fact." So, we need to all keep in mind that we do not have all the pieces to the puzzle -- not just a few, but at...

Boulder Grand Jury Voted To Indict-Boulder Dailey Camera

Anyhoo, the sad reality is different than what you want to believe. I tried to show you the reality a couple weeks ago. Here it is again; perhaps you should read it this time: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8682476&postcount=72 "This is where you and Anyhoo may have to...

Boulder Grand Jury Voted To Indict-Boulder Dailey Camera

Why a Ransom Note, despite there still being a body? Well, let's just ask the Ramseys, shall we?: http://www.acandyrose.com/crimescene-ransomnote.htm Michael Kane: "...Do you think or have you thought in the last year and a half that someone was trying to frame you for this?" John...

Boulder Grand Jury Voted To Indict-Boulder Dailey Camera

Updating -- I wrote the original response here before I read UKGuy's return response to Nom, and finished reading the rest of the thread.... Still, UKGuy, don't be so confusing.... you had me thinking the same thing as Nom about you at first...

Or perhaps, Burke, in the Basement, with the Train toy.....? From this thread reply: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8177166&postcount=278 'ILikeToBendPages' already ponders this important and relevant question - "John talks about Burke's intent and focus of...

    JonBenet's Skull Fractures: The Weapon

it's a good question... and I've linked several times an article about what fingerprints in forensics can and cannot do -- one huge mistake often made is to assume that because there are no fingerprints found on an item, that the fingerprints were wiped away... it listed several reasons why...

Sixteen years... back to the basics

From Kolar's book - pages 228-229: "It would take a year before the black and red Essentials brand jacket Patsy was photographed wearing was finally delivered to them. It was frustrating. The clothing articles seemed to trickle into their office a piece or two at a time. In one instance, a...
