Remains found confirmed as Jacob Wetterling/Suspect led LE to Remains #1

Dan Rassier- I want you to know that you are my hero.

    Suspect - Daniel Heinrich #2

I think it is most likely that the print was placed by DR. THIS HOWEVER IS NOT INCRIMINATING. I think the chances of NOT recovering ANY of DR's prints on the driveway are highly unlikely. Remember that DR lived on the property and was out running earlier in the day. I doubt DR ran through the...

My apologies, it was actually a WCCO broadcast (as linked in Mossads post).

    Suspect - Daniel Heinrich #2

What Mossad is referring to is a photo of a shoe print which was featured on the 1996 Kare 11 undercover interview with Heinrich. According to Kare 11,the photo of the shoe print was obtained from Stearns county investigators. Interestingly, the broadcast said that the prints were "consistent"...

Interesting information about the neighbor hearing "tires squealing at about 9 pm". Squealing tires on a dirt road??? Really??? Wonder if that neighbor was DR?

maybe the perp placed something in his mouth like a crumble up piece of paper to disguise his voice, which could possibly explain why the perp sounded "like he was had a cold or something".

or maybe DR was named a POI as a direct result of the high amount of media exposure the 2010 dig received. the 2010 dig of the rassier farmstead was voted as the st clouds story of the year. http://wjon.com/category/2010_top_stories/ in other words, mostly everyone in the community...

There is some very interesting "tidbits" posted on joy's new blog entry. However, I found myself a little geographically confused and was hoping for some clarification on these geographic concerns. Joy states that at the time of the abduction there was another boy who lived on 91st. She...

All that im trying to do is point out that it would have been nearly impossible for DR to hide, or dispose of a body, on his own property, with such a small time window and so much human activity on his property. Upon further thought, maybe he disposed of the body in the early am hours...

The wood furnace observation is plausible, but how much lime is needed to cover up the smell of burning flesh? I would assume that lots of lime would be needed? Should we also assume that DR had this mass of lime available in case of a "chance encounter" with an adolescent boy? Furthermore...

this is where the theory begins to crumble. I have no idea what he did with the body before or after work. Perhaps he dumped the body somewhere along highway 2? I would assume that was the route DR used to commute for work. Dumping the body somewhere in st johns is another possibility. I...

I think driving past LE the morning after the abduction with a body hidden in a musical instrument case was a risk DR was willing to take. He probably figured that it was only a matter of time before LE would search all the building on his property (which they never did).

Maybe there was no blood. Maybe jacob was strangled. Wouldnt be hard for a fit man like DR to do such a thing to an 11 year old boy.

Yes, offering help seems like the natural thing to do. However, ariel castro, who abducted Berry, Dejesus and knight, was very involved in search and rescue efforts. He attended many candle lite visuals for his victims. He was also friendly and offered assistance to the family members of his...

I am having a heck of a time keeping up with you guys, so my apologies if what I am about to write is rehash (currently on page 23 of what I think is the current thread). Nevertheless, I would like to write this thought as it remains fresh in my mind. There has been great discussion on here...

based on DRs statements regarding his activities on Sunday and based on his statement that he drove by LE on Monday morning with his car full of musical instruments. I guess one would have to assume that the only day he could have possibly packed his car was on Saturday.. However, why would he...

I seem to remember DR stating that he drove by LE with a car full of band equipment the morning after Jacobs abduction. Does that ring a bell to anyone? Been searching for this article for the last few hours, but can't locate it. Regardless, I started to think about this statement and the...

The United States case of*People v. Scott held that "circumstantial evidence, when sufficient to exclude every other reasonable hypothesis, may prove the death of a missing person, the existence of a homicide and the guilt of the accused".
