I always wondered if Lauren was buried in the area that was unearthed during the search on Fathers Day near Martinsville just after she disappeared. I thought she might have been buried and then the person(s) responsible might have been tipped off that there was going to be a search so they...

I don't think this case is cold. I know that the last time there was an update was quite a while ago but I believe it's still an active case- there just isn't anything new to release to the public. That's not to say that the police don't have anything new, just that they don't have anything they...

I think that the family is being looked at as persons of interest in The case of Tiffanie. So, in both that case and Lauren's case, it's likely that someone familiar to the victim is responsible for the crime. I realize we don't have a public announcement of a crime in Lauren's case but that...

I think if something like that happened, she would have been found and it would have been shortly after she disappeared. JMO

I read above that the lawsuit was thrown out. I would like to point out that the Spierers have appealed that decision and the new decision is pending. This isn't over yet, no matter how much the POI's, the media, or anyone else might want it to be.

Did you report any of these things to BPD or the PI's on the case? If so, what was the response like from them?

I have a mutual friend with Sarah and just found out within the last 30 minutes that Sarah is fine and she is at home now. I don't know what happened but in any case, nothing to worry about any longer.

I know that after Keyes died in prison, information on him and his crimes along with his route/whereabouts was turned over to BPD for investigation. Nothing has ever come of it but I don't know if it's because it has been ruled out or just kept close to the vest.

I don't know if DR was the mutual friend because he was reportedly back at Smallwood around 12:30am. I think he escorted Lauren to 5N and left shortly after arriving there. I thought I read that he was seen on camera returning to SW right around 12:30 and was not seen leaving again during the...

Here is a direct quote from the article: Attorneys for both sides will present their cases during an Aug. 22 court hearing in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis before federal court Judge Tim A. Baker.
