Peggy Reed was just posted on Charley Project. The similarity to Carl's reconstructions is striking. The time lapse is a little troubling but nothing that can't be explained by someone running away. http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/r/reed_peggy.html

Then again, there's something to be said for closure. I can't imagine not knowing where my loved one was.

Just replying to reiterate that the Monon Trail (where the two flashers were caught) runs through Indianapolis and nearby suburbs for about 18 miles. The Monon High Bridge Trail (where Libby and Abby were killed) is in Delphi, Indiana, which is 60 miles north of Indianapolis. That trail is only...

If you're talking about the most recent murders, the victims were Libby German and Abby Williams. If you're talking about Lyric Cook and Elizabeth Collins, that happened in Iowa in 2012.

Yes, about 60 miles north of Indianapolis.

Yes, definitely. The Monon Trail runs through Broad Ripple, where there's a lot of bars, and it's "easy access" at 4:00 in the morning for stupid and dangerous things to happen.

Sorry, according to indianatrails.com, it's actually 1.44 miles long. These incidents are not related.

Guys, the Monon Trail runs through Indianapolis and its suburbs - it used to be part of the rail system. The Monon High Bridge Trail is in Carroll County (where Delphi is located) and looks to be only a quarter of a mile long. It may have been part of that railroad system at one time too... it's...

Regarding her missing shoes: I've always felt like she took them off in the car/truck she was traveling in to get comfortable. I tend to do that on long trips. I've also thought, if this was a domestic situation, that she came home, kicked her shoes and socks off and then an argument ensued...

I can ask Lt Lord about more photos and the possibility of pollen. I'll keep you updated.

Someone had asked if LE associated with this case is good about replying. I just now remembered my password, so I apologize for the delayed reply. I have been in sporadic touch with Lt Steve Lord about this case for over 10 years and he always gets back to me within a day or two. Also...

Nick reminds of an ex-boyfriend I had in college (decades after NZ disappeared). Both Italian background, similar build, similar socio-economic status, similar relationship with his parents. He also had a history of depression. The suicide described in Richmond would fit my ex's MO if he...

Her file at the DoeNetwork (http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/225ufca.html) says that it's "under review for verification" as of 1/24. To me, that suggests that these kids were actually claimed...?

Isn't it interesting how your perspective changes? My son is blonde and his profile is very similar to "Jonathan"'s. I do wish a more updated recon would be done on him... I mean, look at the new one for Grateful Doe and how much more true-to-life it is.

The boy in the box was another case that drew me in as well. I haven't looked at it in several years, as he looks so much like my son that it's disturbing and too much for me to handle. In fact, I can't look at any child's case anymore unless they are over the age of 14 or 15.

It's hard to imagine. I used to put myself in the place of the missing, but now that I'm a mom, it's hard for me not to think of these young kids as if they were my own.

Yes, that's exactly it. She's the sweetheart of the UID community. I remember first seeing her flyer when I was a kid at the police post where my dad was an officer in the late 80's/early 90's and wondering why someone would do that to her. I sure hope BG gets her name back as well. There...

Up until now, I've only commented on the Buckskin Girl thread, but I follow several of these closely. As someone who has been interested for a good 20 years in identifying these people, it's hard for me to wrap my head around the idea that Cali may soon have her name back. She's always kind of...
