NC NC - Asha Degree, 9, Shelby, 14 Feb 2000

I agree, this is one of the ones i would love to be solved. I believe it was considered runaway way to early, and dont put much faith in the witness sightings in this case. Well intentioned but false sightings happen all the time. Also was reported Asha was truly afraid of the dark. Will be a...

False sightings happen all the time. Even by lgood natured well and meaning people. when When Julia Erving (Dr J's) son went missing people said they saw him all over the country And the whole time, he and his car were I'm a retention pond not far from his house. I just can't get past this...

False sightings happen from well intentioned people all the time. How so quickly the police looked at this as runaway case has doomed it. I just can't see Asha sneaking out that early in the morning, dark, bad weather. I do hope we ultimately find out what happened

What case really burns your butt?

Jennifer Joyce Kesse is going to be a tough one to solve. The Asha Degree case bothers me the most. There is no way I believe a girl that young runs away from home at 3am in freezing weather. I have always thought her family knows more about what happened.

NC NC - Asha Degree, 9, Shelby, 14 Feb 2000

Very well put justinkjones1993. I think number one is the most likely. And I just don't think this young girl went out in the cold and dark on her own. The parents should have been looked at as suspects, then ruled out. That could of happened. It is just most times someone close to the victim...

Very interesting, I am usually not of the belief family was involved. But this case was categorized as runway far too a quickly. I pray I am wrong. Sent from my Studio XL 2 using Tapatalk

I have worked 3-11 and 11-7 over 20 years and it takes me a while to wind down when I come home. I know people are different, but it seems the father was the last to see her. I do believe Asha was killed shortly after she went missing. But ran away without a jacket and locked the front door...

False sightings happen all the time. I am of the belief the father had something to do with her disappearance/probable death. Does any one know if he and/or other family members took polygraphs? I know there not admissible in court but I just think it's very unlikely she ventured out on her own...

Found Deceased FL - Tia Bonta, 24, Orlando, 31 July 2016

Family says she left cellphone behind. Does not look real good. They should polygraph the person of interest. Sounds like a high risk lifestyle, but I pray she makes it back to her family safely.

Her family said she left her cellphone behind. This does not sound good. I think this person of interest should take a polygraph.

NC NC - Asha Degree, 9, Shelby, 14 Feb 2000

I am both fascinated and of course saddened by this case. I can not understand how if the father went to bed around 2:30a (and checked the kids before doing so) Asha is seen at 3:30a and 4:15a about a mile away from her house. How did she pack all the items that are missing (some latter found)...
