Just looked at that. Could only find DC. Did find a 4th Degree burglary and malicious property damage for Darin Dylon Wint same DOB and physical description as DDDW, 2010. So I don't think the S house was his first rodeo...and 2 peace orders from the same week. Case Number...

DDDW knows how to play the court system. It's a game to him. Look at his cases that stretched on for YEARS and YEARs and were dismissed. And look at the ones that are still active after YEARS and YEARS. This one won't be dismissed.

F Maybe it was a MA gang initiation for the accomplices. Maybe DDDW took 2 accomplices with no criminal RECORDS, which is why there is no DNA or fingerprint match in the system...that we have been made aware of. They were criminals but hadn't been caught yet. Or maybe the accomplices wore...

Why didn't DDW just lock the doggy door? Duct tape? Wow. Did the S house have an Invisible Fence so the dogs stayed in the yard? Or were the dogs roaming around the yard and street for 18 hours? Did the guy/ neighbor who said he saw something "odd", see the dogs roaming around knowing they...

Then why didn't DDDW (and his accomplice) run out of the house as soon as he realized there were people inside? One or two women and a kid?? I would think "flight" would be the first response of DDW. Get out. Pick another house tomorrow. More than a burglary IMO.

I have spent many hours on this site... I have looked at every plaintiff associated with every case for all the DWs, and not all of the plaintiffs are living in the DC area...which is where I believe the Amerit truck comes in...rolling down I-95 to I-85... Fascinating stuff. IMO.

And I find the domestic court cases very interesting, maybe the most interesting after the CR cases... for all the variations of DWs in the case search.
